The forecast for yesterday was evening thunderstorms, possibly heavy rain, flood watch... I was looking forward to the wet because the grass here REALLY needs it. It was overcast, but not one drop of rain happened here at Love Acres. The humidity did go up from 35 to 65%, so today is hot and sticky. Yuck!

Sending thoughts and prayers your way Angel.
I just placed an order for my favorite juice. I'm almost out so I had to order online because no one locally has it. Fingers crossed that THIS card doesn't have crazy charges show up on it in a week or so. I'm so paranoid about ordering online now. I'm pretty sure I know which site it is that is compromised and it just happens to be my favorite place to shop. I won't be shopping there anymore though without a prepaid card.

I couldn't agree more Fuzzy! We're all floating on this massive rock bursting with life and wonder hurtling through space, it's both beautiful and a little terrifying.

3.Just placed another order online. This time for coils and another Innokin Cell battery for the Disrupter mod. I should be good on vape supplies for a couple of weeks.
Got bad storms coming.. I hear the thunder.. they are talking high winds and severe lightning. I hate storms

Do you get tornadoes where you are? In the past several years every city around mine has been hit by them but we've been lucky. I personally like storms but only when they're safe, once the winds start kicking up to 50, 60+ mph I start getting a bit nervous. It doesn't help I had a tree struck by lightning right outside my window a few years ago, yikes. Stay safe!

We do, and I've been through one, but thankfully it jumped over the apartment complex we were living in at the time.
It's almost black outside right now and the winds blowing really bad and raining. It's so weird to look outside and it looks like night time instead of daytime.

It's very bizarre when it turns super dark during the day. My favorite though is the opposite, whenever it is raining but the sun is shining.

Remember the history... Man once thought that not only was HE the center of the universe, but that the Earth was flat, unmoving, and the heavens rotated around us. Now we know more and find ourselves to be an insignificant speck amongst billions and billions of stars. Sigh... It sure makes me appreciate the life right outside my cave (house).
Edit: I just thought maybe I should mention that this is Mt. Bachelor. Find the highest point in the picture, then go back a few pages to the picture of me with all those other mountains behind me. That is where I was standing when the pic was taken. Tough hike - puff pant, but well worth it. THIS picture was taken while I was coming down from the hike up South Sister. Anyone want to go walking with the Oldt Guy?
