OMG Shawn.....do you really mean that people expect you to do everything for them????
I find that hard to believe.......you have to maintain it and make it up too?
Well what is this world coming to?
I am hanging in there .....gotta get motivated to do somethings before the heat sets in.......
I hope you are doing well.......

Hoping there's something good on TV tonight - hasn't been anything worthwhile that last couple

I've been wondering about this too. We have a dish with basic channels (130 of 'em) and only watch maybe 6 out of all of those, and lately, even those have lousy programs. Is it that those who sell us our "entertainment" have decided that we all need to watch stupid programs, or is it that I am old and hate all the new crap they broadcast? Sigh...

We haven't had any broadcast/cable/satellite TV since 2005, and we don't miss it at all. That's not to say we don't watch. We have a collection of about 1000 DVDs and Amazon Prime and Netflix. When we are on the road and try to watch, we get disgusted by all the commercials and turn it off...

Where we live, to cancel the satellite would mean we could only get two local stations via regular antenna, and both of them suck! We have many hundreds (never actually counted them all) VHS and DVD movies, but the tape player died completely and the DVD player is starting to pixelate. Don't know when I'll be able to afford a new one of those.

Congrats, Chibi. Are you allowed to tell us what you're doing now? (assuming, of course, that you are so inclined)

#2.... if I win I'm going to hold a subcontest to PIF my prize to someone that has not yet tried The vape Tree juice. I feel the need to have more people that haven't tried this marvelous juice get the chance to try it.

I like that idea too .@jpf880 ...so I PIF myself today!

Waiting to see what the wife and kids bring home for dinner after my daughter's ballet class. What will it be? KFC? Costco rotisserie chicken? Pizza? Frozen entrees from Trader Joes? Oh, the suspense!

mm...all /any of that sounds good...Time to get some lunch!

(part of chores involved moving a stinky buck goat to a breeding pen - I NEEDED that shower).
True..I bet u were real popular with the lady goats tho :D

Does one have to live down south to have a Wisteria?
..by no means a green thumb (more like a blue thumb from hammer)..I have heard a friend speak of Midwestern blue Wisteria...

I got in on a free sample promo a few weeks back. After 2 weeks and not even getting a status on it I tried contacting them. That took a few emails and messages on their site before they responded. Then they couldn't figure out how to send to FPO so had it sent to my sister. Just checked tracking - it got to her town and then shows as " item was undeliverable as addressed".
Definitely won't ever spend any money with them.
..for sure..The things we do for free joose!;)

PIF to @tiggerrts. Hand is an infection not a bite reaction. It's all wrapped up and meds are being taken so I'll be ok I'll just be feeling yuck for a couple days from antibiotics.
Oh no...take extra care...rest..eat well..tell the stress to take a hike (yeah, wish it were that easy:rolleyes:)

Katz the wisteria was a hard one for me. Out of 30 seeds I only got one to grow. Also take note they take 8-10 years to flower. They are fun to watch as during the day the leaves point up, at night the leaves go flat and when it rains the leaves point down.

I also have some temple junipers, rockspray cotoneasters and Japanese quince that finally sprouted(3-4 months sitting in ziplock bags of moist dirt in the fridge lol) the quince were the only ones that really did well(30 of 35 seeds sprouted) all the rest only gave me a few seedlings each.

Very cool,@Slowone2 ! Gardening..specifically growing saplings from seeds..is my new hobby !! I have killed my German Heritage Tomatoes several times already this season:( ..left them out in the hot direct sunlight....I was able to do "CPR" on them...and the one is doing well. The other is a slacker..but who can blame them...returning from the dead like that takes alot out of you!!

8/11... if I don't recognize a number I don't answer they can leave a message. It's much easier to deal with a telemessage.
Yep, I screen all my calls...they can just leave a message at the sound of the tone...............

Have a pleasant day all!

Even though South Dakota, on some numbskull's map, is referred to as being in the midwest (I call it North Central), I assume you are talking about someplace like Kentucky or Tennessee (where it is far warmer than here in winter)?

About to go down in that hole in the ground to explore another "lava cave."

I wish my husband and daughter would let me get the cable turned off, I could live happily with just a computer and my tablet for reading. But no, they like watching tv

Went back to the local vape shop and purchased one Ni200 coil for the subtank. I can't believe I paid almost $5 for one coil. I guess that's better than ordering online, having to cancel another card and pay shipping though. I'm going to have to do more reading up on temp control. This coil says it's .15 ohms, lower than I usually go.

Congrats on the new job, Chibi! :toast: I hope it works out for you.

At the mall today, a rogue gust of wind picked up an umbrella at one of the outdoor tables and pinned a woman beneath it. She was unhurt--missed being hit and was just covered by the canvas--but it took two of us to free her from umbrella and two chairs with which the pole was tangled. See? People-watching at the mall during lunch can be an adventure!

Watching everything I want, just a season late, is a small price to pay for missing the advertising onslaught that has become television. I pay $270 per year and get enough advertising free tv I can stream over Chrome cast or on my pc or phone or tablet. Beats the pants off of ANY cable...

If you're using a TC mod, it's designed to handle that low a build. DON'T put that coil in a device that's not TC.

I have a Snow Wolf 200w TC mod coming tomorrow. I'm not really into the whole TC thing, but I need to be able to test it out and try it for a review. That's why I only bought one coil today ;) If I decide TC is just something I love and can't live without I'll go back and buy more coils.

Congrats on your new job chibi.

@jpf880 wohoo, for surprise blessings from a treefam member. That's what I love about our little group here, we take care of each other.
