I just hit my three month totally smoke free mark and they are right, it keeps getting easier! Mostly because of the people I've met here on ECF lol

Hippie Bird Day, @anjelvape77 !

A bit on the dehydrated side this morning... can't figure that out. I only vaped like 100 ml yesterday while drinking one soda, 2 bottles of water, and 2 small cups of coffee. Er... call me stoopid...

Chugging water and coffee now and cutting back on the vapes a bit.

Interestingly enough, my chest doesn't hurt... When I would go on smoking binges in the past, would wake up in pain...

I love vaping!

Well, 103 degrees yesterday, but apparently a cold front came through during the night. Woke up to cloudy and 57 degrees. It feels wonderful! Maybe I can actually get some outside work done today without turning into a staggering ball of sweat. GOOD MORNING TREEFAM!!!

Somewhere near Cloud Cap (the first ever "lodge" built on Mt. Hood, accessible via stage coach)

So happy to be back home, got in late last night/early morning. I'm tired and worn out from all the travel. We spent more time in the car than we did at the destination.

Boy, glad is not the word here. Rejoicing might be closer... Here's a pic of the thermometer last night. The top number was in the house (no A/C here). The bottom number was outside.

Cool today is like a godsend.

There's that slug thing again. So many people use that on this forum that I wonder what I am missing... Oh well.
