1. Despite rumors to the contrary, I'm still here! ...And yes you guys are right, I did slither off to slugville...after a very busy day at work that kept me tied up most of the day!...But would someone please send out a search party for me on the island...I hate being lost!

Good morning! @Fuzzy Thunderbear invited me over here.

Welcome dear one. The other folks (who all get on here before I do every day) were not wrong about this being the best thread on the forum. And they are all nice peeps. Note about the rules that was pointed out: You don't have to have a tree, but if you win, then it's only two bottles of juice; the tree adds an extra. Also, the pictures below count because there are trees in them. Or a pic with a person works too.

Well, got pix of the new baby during morning chores. And we decided on a name for him... think Robin Hood: Men in Tights... he's Little John.

Left to Right: Cricket's ...., Kissy Cryssie, Helen, and our latest, Little John

The big one, Ellie, is actually the niece of one-day old "Uncle" Little John. And, of course, Horus (over at the horse water trough) is curious, but the Pyr is watching the field for predators and the chickens couldn't care less.

Well the meeting at the school was a complete waste of time. Parents whining about other parents and then being told, an hour and a half in, that the stated goal of the meeting would not actually occur because the parents in attendance (60-80) weren't necessarily a fair representation of the whole. I really didn't expect much, but my wife wanted me to go...

9/25 - 3: TIOA sns 2 eps 10: The whole treefam had been out looking for Angel, in each house, the commons, everywhere. She was nowhere to be found. People started to get worried and irate. "We need to go look in the forest for her!" The shouts of approval were growing "Wait!" stated Road "Nightfall is coming soon, and if we go out now, more could get lost or hurt; we should wait for the morning." The people were not pleased, but knew this was right, the search would have to wait.

9/25 - 5: TIOA sns 2 eps 11: The morning finally came, many were restless overnight wanting to go. Told to wait just a little longer, people needed to eat some breakfast and pack water and food. Two teams were made of many people and the rule was at no time shall there ever be less than two people together at one time. Road had laid out the rules and the search began into the forest. The humidity from the rain was intense and the heat of the day started to rise, making it harder.
