Hey I think I know that old man with the rattler story ..sounds like an old Grizzly Adams kinda guy I knew

Eastern edge of the Badlands. When I first drove this road, in 1972, this was the main highway (there was no Interstate 90 back then). And, of course, all my photos during that time were black and white (I was too cheap to pay for color film).
