Yes I at the beach so we are really close. From what the news shows you may get it worse then us but it really does not look good. So you are close and there is vapecon east 10/9-10 in Richmond any thoughts on going. Pretty sure we are going, all depends on if we can get a dog sitter

These are the renowned Chena Hot Springs near Fairbanks , Alaska.....Miners have been coming here to bathe in the rejuvenating springs since pioneer days. The mineral content has been likened to that of the healing waters found in hot springs in the Czech Republic formerly known as Bohemia. Pictured is "the Rock Pond" ...when you get too hot, you can flop yourself onto the rocks which line the pond. This pic was taken at minus 20 *F ...after a while ..your hair and eyelashes begin to frost over!! But the water is always a nice and toasty 106* (average) year round. Supposedly, it's a great place to watch the Aurora (Northern Lights) in the Winter...

Richmond is about 3 hours from me I think. I'm close to South Boston. I would have to go on the 10th. I'm working on the 9th.

9/30 - 4: On a serious note. The past co-worker of mine had a child a few years ago and had been trying to have another. After almost two years of trying, his wife became pregnant. I saw him today at the supply shop and tried to joke with him. With tears coming to his eyes, I said sorry as his wife who had become pregnant again for nine weeks mis-carried. SMH and told him sorry. Please pray for Robbie and his wife.

9/30 - 5: Believe in God or not, have another faith. I think we can all agree on one thing in this song to point 1:44. We can take care of the less fortunate. Who knew after my oath yesterday that two more would show up today?and why are all my emoticons and videos going to the front?
9/30 - 6: I said before starting season two that I hoped not to offend anyone. So with season three in my mind, am I allowed to use people that are not what they are or may be? It could be fun.... scary, or other. good night all.

Long hard day (well, for an oldt phart). Mostly fixing fences. My "neighbor" hired another farther down the road to mow the field next to us and bail all their hay, and the old guy driving the equipment hit my fence, but never told me about it. I know he knew he did it because the damage done to my fence would have, at the very least, taken the paint off the side of his equipment, and considering four T-posts are bent in an S-shape, likely it did considerable damage his equipment too. I had words with the landowner and told them they should go after the guy who did it, but they seem to think they should take care of it themselves. But they are not in any hurry, and my two new baby calves could walk right out the holes in the five-foot high field fencing, so I spent a lot of time patching it. Actual replacement of about 40 feet of fencing will have to take place later.

View of one of the the man camps from the tailings road..Processed ore tailings..what's basically the waste sediment left over after the ore has been thru the gold extraction processes...is hauled away by big 400 ton Haul Trucks...to the waste pad.
Somewhere I've got a pic...Somebody had a lawnchair set up along the berm to take in the view...
