Good morning lovely people. Hope everybody is having, will have a great day. Winter storm weather here and hubby and semi still on the road. vaping a fair bit today. Lol. On a good note after 4 months in the shop I can finally go pick up my trike tomorrow. I just need one more dry day. Just one.

A quick thread summary of rules for the contest..
You can post 6 numbered and dated posts a day.. share something in words for it to count ...and post a tree pic or a
in its place to win 3 bottles of juice instead of 2.
The winner(s) is drawn on Saturdays ...a NEW thread link is posted and we start over there with 6 MORE new #'d , dated (treed) posts.....Pretty Cool, huh?!

Ihave had a similar back problem and the V.A. would have footed the entire bill if they thought it would do any good. They said the odds did not favor me, so surgery would be a waste. My vertebrae are so screwed up, the doctors tell me that it is a miracle that I can even walk. I have them totally puzzled. They think I should be in a wheel chair. My secret, which works because I believe in the power of the Universe, is that I am healing myself and turning off many of the pinched nerves (your brain can choose to ignore some signals). OK, I am not the mountain-climbing athletic type I used to be, but I have managed, after 16 years of taking hydrocodone four times a day, to stop that prescription. A couple days ago, I even set my walking stick aside. And if you have read any of my previous posts here, you are aware that I work the farm (cows, horses, chickens, guineas, cats, dogs - big bales of hay and 60-pounds sacks of grain) and go out (alone) to cut firewood and load the truck and come home and unload it and stack it, etc., etc., ad nauseum. You can do this. You simply have to believe you can, then move forward and forget yesterday.
OK, enough of that for now. GOOD MORNING TREE FAM!!!
Woke up to 25 degrees and snowing. The meteorological prognosticator said we might make it all the way UP to freezing today. As I said yesterday, winter has arrived in South Dakota.
Hey, Katz! Here's that 900-year-old church I was telling you about yesterday. I'm sure it has been repaired a zillion times and certain sections upgraded to more modern materials, but essentially, that's how it was built in 1066 (plus or minus). You can see, on this side of the tower, the original roof line of the main building was more steep.

Getting a late start today. I'm sorry to hear, prayers and positive vibes sent out. Hopefully it is nothing serious, that all is well and she gets back to her normal self soon!

Just found out Wifey (Lannie) won a VTC Mini in the final ECF draw today. Far out! And I won that Aura mini (yet to be received) last week, which is of the sub-Ohm variety (1.0, 0.5, and 0.33 Ohm coils and me = tootle puffer), so maybe we can trade...
Moving on down the road... Chicago and Lake Michigan.
