@Fuzzy Thunderbear

THERE WILL ALSO HAVE A DRAWING FROM ALL THOSE WHO HAVE THE VAPE TREE AS ALL OR PART OF THEIR ECF SIGNATURE. I ***WILL*** REMEMBER THIS TIME !!

But does this mean that it has to be below the sig. line? Are we sure just having it in the post is ok?

11/21 - 5: Okay, I have been railing away. My problem: By court order they are to bring to me my possessions by Monday and still no word. Do I wait or call it in to have her held in contempt?
:tumble:
By which Monday? If next Monday, then wait and call just before the end of the business day and report it to the court.

I can't see others siggy on my phone but as long as I can find a post by you I can get to it. Plus I just need it in this thread right. I can make this work. Thank you Fuzzy
Ahhhh, no sigs at all on phones, huh? Well, I don't have a cell phone and can't see well enough to use those tiny displays anyway. :) Yeah, I'm always here somewhere, so you can copy from any of my posts. While I am sure that GMO would love us all to have his logo in our sigs wherever we post (great advertising by our little Tree Family), I don't want to slap any other vendors in the face, so for me, it is only here that I use it. And you are welcome, of course.

Given that I think GMO has only remembered to do this once, :) I am not sure I can answer that question. How about that @Uncle or @glassmanoak ?

Tiggs, you should wait for the end of the day Monday because she is not really in contempt until Monday has come and gone and the objects in question have not been delivered. If no one shows up with your stuff, call the Sheriff's office and have them meet you at her house (or they might choose to have you ride along in their car - take them up on this if it is suggested because you will then have a witness that you did in no way harass her). The court order says the stuff is to be given to you and, if she fails to comply with that court order, the Sheriff has an obligation to ensure possession is transferred. He (or, more likely, his deputy) will enter the house and collect it if she does not bring it out for you. Note that I am assuming Texas law works the same as Orygun, where I once played cop.

@LynnNC [HUGS] ...I hope that one holiday instead of that heartbreak, you will feel like your Ma is right there with you...celebrating right along side of you.
I know I can't eat smoked salmon without thinkin about my Dad ..and how he LOVED his smoked salmon!
Mom would order it special for him.. like once a year from a little German deli ....It would come wrapped in that white waxy butcher paper....Dad would sit on the edge of his Lazy Boy..and unwrap that salmon as if it was Christmas...and he was getting what he had been wishing for! He was always like a little kid! Totally engrossed in his salmon...licking his fingers as he went along :)
Good memories:wub:
@Roadtrip635 ...Congratz on your superb win, btw ...my internet has been actin glitschy a good bit of the day ...maybe I should pay my bill :rolleyes:
New Braunfels was a lucky guess. :D I had to go thru there on my way to San Antone many years ago ....I heard it had a large German population/history (in fact I think :oops: the name means new brownstone?? o_O

That was a good guess and yes very large German heritage. It was founded and named after the German town, Braunfels. It was pretty cool growing up around all the German heritage. It's home to the oldest bakery in Texas, Naeglin's Bakery, 1868. Those German's can bake! Every family get together we have to get one of their 2'-3' long strudels! My favorites are their bear claws and cream puffs, but you have to get there early, they sell out quick. They still use the old family recipes, their goodies are all amazing!
