@tiggerrts - Yes, she has until the end of the day Monday before she'll be in contempt, so there's really nothing you can do until then. My suggestion is to not stress about it yet, because then you're letting her win because she's got into your head again. Just relax and deal with it after Monday. But don't let it get to you right now.

Also - IMO - "You" should call "Your" attorney and have him contact the court . . . Just Sayin' . . .

@tiggerrts , Uncle is right about this as well...you really should go through your attorney for this. I don't know about Texas, but here in MS, the Courts highly frown upon individual parties contacting them. That's what your attorney is for. I'd suggest calling your attorney first thing Tuesday if she doesn't come through on Monday.

Not an Entry

Then I guess I will be opting out of that portion of the contest because, even though I love Vape Tree products, and have no problem in promoting them in other threads, I refuse to offend other vendors when entering their contests by advertising for their competition during an entry. That obviously applies only to those vendors who sell e-liquids, but many hardware vendors who are giving away mods here on ECF also sell e-liquids, and I choose not to offend them either. If a Ford dealer was giving away a free car, would you show up, hoping to win, wearing a Chevrolet is Best T-shirt?
