Tiggs, the body often runs on it's own clock--sometimes to our detriment.

12/5 - 4: Aint that the truth? I use to worry about being up in the middle of the night. No more, my body tells me when to sleep or nap and I do it. In fact about to take a nap now.

Enjoy!

I've always been envious of people who can nap and I'm surrounded by them. Nappin' is something I've only been able to do a handful of times throughout my life.

I've always been envious of people who can nap and I know so many. Nappin' is something I've only been able to do a handful of times throughout my life.
Me, too. It's not so much the falling asleep for me--it's the being functional (or even semi-functional) upon waking up that can be difficult.
