I have managed to figure out who would win each week for the past 4 weeks.
Not too much of a mystery if you are on to his methods... ;)

Still digesting the news... I was not as close as some, but I was closer than many others.

I do not know if this thread is the appropriate place to ask this question, but I feel I know you folks better than many other threads. I don't want to put it on Tootle Puffers because there are some rather nastily opinionated folks there, and mod Whompers might be too technical, Cloud Chasers is right out of the question, and Family Chat seems to be more interested in makeup or dogs or... I think you get the idea. Here's the deal: I am trying to get my sister off stinkies. With a few PIFs, she's got a couple EVOD-style personal vaporizers and a selection of juices, but even though she is playing with the binklies a bit, she hasn't made a commitment to stop smoking, and now that I have been smoke-free about six months, I realize that, even though pen-style mods are a logical starting place, and I swore back then I would never have to move up from there, you have to move up a bit to truly enjoy the vape and find your willingness to throw out the stinkies. I have tried to get her to read the stuff in the ECF library (Oliver - uh, Smokey Joe, has some good articles there) but she is not in the least technically inclined and none of those articles contain drawings or pictures that would make it a whole lot easier to understand the concepts of vaping. You all know that vaping is not smoking and one has to make some small adjustments to go from one to the other. So I have decided to write a short user manual (like Vaping for Dummies?) :) that would be written in sufficiently low-education-level text, including pictures and simple explanations. While I am not suggesting posting the entire manual here (6-10 pages max), I would like a couple of volunteers to review it and make suggestions for improvements. As soon as I get the first draft done, I could PM it to those volunteers for review. If those reviewers would look at it with "newby eyes" (don't get too critical because you now know everything -- it will not be written for those who are already well-established vapers -- it will be an Introduction to Vaping for Beginners). Or does such a thing already exist and I just haven't found it? What do you think? Is this something that might also help your friends? We could give it to everyone if it turns out to be worthwhile. Want to be a part of the project? Want to see it become a free handout at every vaping store? Feedback, please.

Fuzzy, have you watched many YT videos? also there are plenty of other "vaping for beginners" guides around....but if you really want to make another I would be willing to review it for you......would you like me to send you a few links to some of those ones I have seen/used in the past?

Links are good (for me in my research), but here's where I am coming from: I do not want a YouTube video where the person doing the explaining is trying to get their 15 seconds of fame. (also, there are still some people in this world with no access to YouTube - or a refusal to go there) I am not looking for any credit or fame for this project. I don't want a video or a text that sounds like I know it all (I don't) or that even one word of it goes over the head of the reader/viewer. At that point, they lose interest. If they talk about winding coils or rewicking or use acronyms like RTA, RDA, RDTA, BVC, BHC (even VV/VW will have to be written in plain English), they will lose the audience I am trying to reach. When I first started, I didn't even have a clue what a "dripper" was and almost quit this forum because everyone tossed around words and acronyms I had never heard of and didn't want to know at that point. I want the maximum of simplicity... with simple drawings. If any of you know of such a text, yes, I want that link. Am I asking for too much?

Getting too close to Mt. St. Helens - we skied past the sign anyway :)

Isn't that cool. I've had a awesome day today and it's only 2pm! Wen't to a church thing and got the kids some toys. They gave us a ham and everything. They was going to give us a coat for the boys but I oped out because they have coats. God has been good to me and my family and I am very thankful and honored to feel welcomed here. I do feel somewhat awkward for winning because I just started posting here.

I hope everyone is having a good day today, I love it here and hope to get to know everyone a little better. Thanks for welcoming me here and for being such nice people!

You can send me a PM as well @Fuzzy Thunderbear , I have written work manuals and know how it needs to be a one on one level.
Thanks, Tigg. My style back in the days when I was a technical writer was to simplify and write it "as if" I was sitting there talking to the customer. That got me promoted to Technical Publications Manager because the world was apparently hungry for that style. I suspected you would be a good one to be involved in this project.
