Thankfully - I finally did this morning . . . SO - THANKS EVERYONE - for your concern and well wishes . . .

Anyway - As most everyone here knows already it is very difficult for "Me" to find anything to eat anymore and last evening all I had for dinner was a can of "Beef Barley" soup & saltine crackers @ 7PM . . . Well low and behold, it was not the right choice and within a half hour one of "My" Attacks started and lasted for a few hours. Barely felt movable, but the difficulty subsided enough for "Me" to post last night, because I didn't want everyone to start worrying again or else Ya' wouldn't have heard from "Me" until sometime today. . . Just Sayin' . . .


@anjelvape77 . . . "My" Sincerest Condolences to "Your" Family on the death of "Mawmaw" . . . "GOOD VIBES" & "Healing Thoughts" are being sent "Your" Family's Way . . .

First of all - NO "YOU" Haven't done - nor said anything wrong . . . Everyone has the right to do as they wish on this for whatever reason they choose . . . More importantly, No One is required to justify their reasons for doing so - or for not doing so either . . . The Sub-Contest is just that a Sub-Contest and a way to help "GMO" promote "The vape Tree" if Ya' can . . . It is not a prerequisite to join and/or participate in this thread at all . . . Just Sayin' . . .

AND - As "You" will notice, although I created "The Vape Tree" banner and support "GMO" in every way I can - I too Do Not have "The Vape Tree" Banner in "My" Signature line since I am also a contest helper in a couple of other threads (specifically one the sells "E-Liquids" that I also use at times) . . .SO - Do what is right for "You" . . . It's all "GOOD" . . .

Most of you know that we have been hanging on for several weeks while my husbands mawmaw fought for and clung to her life.

We just got the call. Last night she lost that fight.

I do not think we will be able to make it to TN for the funeral and no matter how many time he says he is ok I know my husband needs all the prayers we can muster while he deals with her passing as well as not being able to get to Bristol.

Thank you for your support and understanding while I am focused on him and his family

All the rest of you: Good Sunday morning! 26 *F with fog depositing rime icing (freezing fog) - maybe it will get UP to freezing today. Chores were rather hard this morning because the pain in my shoulder made it hard to use my left arm at all, but I'm too damned stubborn about things like that to just sit it out (who'd help Lannie?), so today I get to push my limits...

Christmas...I've come to a revelation. Christmas or Yule(that's what I call it) is what I make it. And I have decided to leave the depression behind. I will make it good for myself, my kids and my grandson. It's time for me to put past traditions behind me. I'll keep the memories of them but start making my own traditions for my kids, grandson and I. Bring it!!!

Thanks Lynn, I'll take it.................and a very good thing about Yule....that's what I do....I haven't been participating in Christmas for many years.....so my Yule is what I do.....and it's all wonderful....no stress...no over doing it.....no nothing but what I make of it.....what ever I decide to do is just the right amount...and if I decide not to do something because I have done it in the past(tradition) it's alright too.....the Universe knows...and that's all that matters to me....Oh, and it always comes out perfect...........

THANKS - Again, however - just so you all know, this is going to be a ongoing thing unless I can find a Doctor and/or a nutritionist who can step in to really help "Me" out . . . More importantly, to let "Me" know - besides all the medications I am taking - what I can possibly eat without having these damn attacks . . . AND - Ya' know what the real kicker is, as I mentioned before, the Cardiologist say's I need to lose weight when I barely can eat anything now and when I do it is in much smaller amounts . . . I cannot even have a full meal - like a simple dinner plate of Food . . . Right now I only eat 2 "meals" (if Ya' can call them that) a day and maybe a snack as it is . . . AND - Then the only things I eat on a regular basis without having an attack are 3-4 oz of Cheese/a couple of eggs/an English muffin/bagel/a pint container of cottage cheese w/pineapple/a small container of Yogurt/a small salad of some kind of lettuce (almost nothing else - no tomatoes/cucumbers/onions/etc. - and definitely no hot/vinegar based dressing), a sandwich on rye bread only (best bread for Diabetics)/Soup w/crackers/ or maybe a 4-6 oz piece of fish/chicken/turkey/pork and/or ham, with maybe a small amount of vegetables that usually wind up being spinach/beets/Green-Wax Beans - Oh, and I am now allowed some White Potatoes/Rice, although I could always have Sweet potatoes/Wide Rice just not to much (again Diabetic diet) throughout the day - SO THAT"S IT ! ! ! Absolutely - NO FRIED FOODS - Very very little Beef (if any, usually a small hamburger 90-10 only) - and without a doubt, nothing that is HOT (some spice yes), however NO Heat as when Ya' might add a little red pepper flakes/chili/etc. - nor having any form of Alcohol (Yes, even in sauces and as for drinking I gave that up when I became a Diabetic over 10 years ago except a couple sips of wine now and then only on special occasions, but now I cannot even have a sip anytime . . . ) . . . SO - This will be part of "My" Life - well until I die . . . Hey just facing reality . . . So - although this really - there is No NEED For A Pity Party For "Uncle" . . . Okay - That was more than enough and maybe even TMI - I am done . . . Time to get back to the Contest and the discussion about more pleasant things that are happening . . . As our own "Tiffani" might say, Take time to "SMILE", You never know what JOY and Happiness Ya' might bring to someone else - even Yourself . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I love it when it's cool and windy...when I was vaping last night I put out such clouds...I couldn't believe it...I am not looking to be a cloud chucker or anything like that....but 3 hits filled the room....the temperature and pressure was just right and I couldn't believe my eyes as to what I was doing......I hope it stays like this for awhile...I will enjoy it while I can....
