In the past people used SWIM as a way not to incriminate themselves on forums.

1. I am heading home (finally!) tomorrow afternoon...I will miss my hubby but it is good news to be heading back

2. my daughter has had enough of her fathers garbage and has decided to move home with mom!! Its only taken two years and a million fights between them but finally my baby is coming home!! Not sure how it is all going to work out or what the time line will be but I always promised her if it didn't work out with daddy dearest she could come home. so excited after talking with her last night!!

Well - I can tell Ya' first hand that it's much better than being "MOVED ON", especially if "You" didn't know Ya' did anything wrong . . . NOT NICE ! ! !

AND - Depending on the "Crime", being "Banned" (Hopefully, it's really only a "Time-Out") is not too bad (at least Ya' can still see what people are posting if Ya' NEED to) at least "You" get to come back . . .

Now - Just as an FYI: That's just one of the reason when I see someone pushing the envelope a little too hard or don't realize they may be breaking the - I strongly suggest they read ECF TOS again/if they haven't already, especially since it is spelled out pretty well what is or is not allowed to be posted on ECF . . . Just Sayin' . . .

BTW: Selling "E-Cig" Products without becoming a registered Supplier/Vendor usually can get someone "MOVED ON", even if it is innocently done - as another couple of "Tree-Peeps" can attest to too . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Yup good rule of thumb is if you don't/can't sell it in the classies don't be selling at all.

Think I read the rules and seen where it said something about selling modified mods. But I don't fully understand things by reading. Not much of a rules person and it does affect me in negative ways. I learn from being punished better than reading a long numbered list. The account is 4 years old and I've never had any problems until last night.

That's where he was trying to sell the DIY, but hadn't read the rules.

A member threatened to report me for trying to sell a couple juices I got in a swap many months prior. I had forgotten that said juice was from a swap. I wasn't even trying to make a killing. They were in a bundle. I removed those juices from my ad and all was good. The person threatening was upset I hadn't swapped with him.
Funny now, but at the time I was freaking out that I would be "banned".

@kcole2011 - Hopefully it is just a time out like Uncle said.

It's FRIDAY! Yeah? So? Well, figured that might mean something to some of you... Low temp at sunrise this morning was 0.0 and made it all the way up to +4 by the time we went out to the barns. Yup, winter is here.

Well I won't ever really be banned. Just would have to get the tor browser up and running.

Yes TGIF............I am so looking forward to a rest...........but I bet it won't come till next weekend....lots of last minute things to do....I wanted to make a couple of pies.....but not till Wednesday............

Good afternoon Treefam...going to be a busy day for me here...going to go meet an ECF friend who's in town in a little while, and then tonight have to go to the Christmas party with the BF...not really looking forward to that, but I'll try my best to have a good time....Hope everyone has a good day!
