Another slow day at the office. I better be careful, I might just get used to this lol. Still can't believe how much more I enjoy my new job after walking away from 7 and a half years with my previous employer. This first month has flown by.

@Uncle - I find it hard to believe that someone could be prosecuted for indecent exposure in their own home.
@tiggerrts - My gf accuses me of flashin' my neighbors all the time. I say, "They shouldn't be lookin'!"

Time for - COFFEE
YES - COFFEE - TIME . . .
NOPE - Not bad at all and actually pretty good . . .
However a little more "Guilting" might get Ya' the hour long back-rub "YOU" NEED to loosen up the lungs so Ya' can get rid of the nasties and breath better . . . Oh - And a foot/leg-rub to help get rid of that tight feeling and "cramping" so you can relax enough to get more sleep . . . Then there is the NEED for clear Broths compared to Soup's that are never the right temperature and have to be reheated and the accompanying bland crackers w/no-salt . . . Oh - Yea, specifically for that daughter - since "You" need some personal care and more assistance in some daily hygiene, "BED BATHS" . . . Then there is the fact that everything NEEDS to be cleaned with bleach, especially dish/utensils and more importantly - the bathroom after "Your" use - specifically so the Germs don't get anyone else (see "Mom" thinking about everyone, but herself again
) . . . Now - While I am hoping that Ya' can milk this for all it's worth . . .

AND - Although, the man was found guilty at first - he was finally exonerated 6 months later, but it cost him over 10,000 in legal fees, he was barred from seeing his daughter, lost his job & had to move since his employer was also his landlord . . . BTW: There are even a lot more that Ya' can look up - like the one about a Husband and Wife having intimate relations during the day that could still be seen with their blinds closed and curtains drawn . . . Just Sayin' . . .
Okay - It's time to check out some of the other ECF neighborhoods too . . .

I think the issue of indecent exposure from one's own home boils down to intent. If one is intentionally exposing themselves in a lewd manner for the express purpose of shocking people who happen to be looking in the window, a jury would likely find this to be poor behavior. On the other hand, stripping down in a bedroom with the shades open just before getting in the shower, walking through the living room because that's where you left you left your vape, or even if you believe in--ahem--free expression without flaunting it, I think it would be less likely to draw a conviction. FINE PRINT: I am not a licensed, practicing attorney and have no factual basis to prove anything I just said.

WELL - Let's put it this way, when I was younger and especially when I lived in NYC, I never ever worried about blinds/curtains or anything to cover the windows (although there were a few plants hanging) . . . If someone want to look - let them . . . AND - To be perfectly honest, I did on occasion "Myself", well when it was worth it . . . 
However, in this day and age and when people can and will video tape everything (or even take pictures) unknown to the person being recorded - NOT HAPPENING ! ! ! Just Sayin' - NOT NICE ! ! !
NOW - I have most of the Windows with some kind of covering, including "My Stained Glass, Blinds/Curtains, etc. . . . It's a much better view then looking at the Old Nosey "Biddies" around here too . . . Just Sayin' . . .
Okay - Off to see the Cardo Doc . . .

Alright now that I am a little more awake.....I never made it out yesterday....it rained so hard for so long...so I have to go today......still not looking forward to it.....but it need to be done....so I am trying to motivate myself earlier today to get it done.......
