@DaleH1985 - I've gotten plenty of rest the last two nights, but yesterday was still a long day and I can tell today will be no different. For me, I think it's the lack of sunlight.

2. @Uncle - So you're saying she gets it honestly then!
...I have to say I am a bad influence on her...every time she sees all my shinies on the table in my room, her eyes just light up (she does the same with my purses and shoes too)...I might be creating a monster! 
@DaleH1985 - I feel ya...not enough sleep due to babysitting last night, morning came way too early, and yes it feels like I've already been here forever, and still have way too long to go.

Good Morning all you Tree Peeps! Well, today is Day 3 of freezing fog. It's making beautiful hoar frost spikes on everything, but it is also making the power lines hang low and we're getting the occasional lights blinking routine. Weather dude says it will snow today and all night and NWS has an advisory out for high winds and blowing snow reducing visibility (as if the fog wasn't already doing a perfect job of that). I guess Winter is really here now. I'd like to push it backwards and send it to Liblue, but the skiers are already griping that they want those runs opened in the Black Hills, so I guess they're about to get their wish.

I know what you mean about winter being here, Fuzzy. The temperature here last night dipped into the 30's. The cat went out this morning and immediately turned around and came back in--I guess he's a fair weather animal despite all that fur.

@Fuzzy Thunderbear you can send a little bit of that winter here for Christmas if you want. Looks like it's gonna be in the 50s or 60s for Christmas here. Don't send too much though, just enough for a little white on the ground.

I'll take it....it was also foggy here last night....the planes were flying low.......but still no snow......although it was cold...not quite freezing yet.......

Winter weather: Can't make this go backwards (sorry Blue) and it would take tons of energy to make it go all the way to West Virginia (sorry Dale, it would just be rain by the time it got there), but anyone around the Great Lakes... have I got a surprise for you in a couple days!!!

Dale, it sounds as if your winter right now is much like mine--only I don't expect to see any snow except in the mountains.

Although I posted this elsewhere, given the conversation I'm going to re-post it here . . .
Well - The Innokin ENDURA T18 . . . I've been using one for about a week now, pretty good so far - not to big, simple and very easy to use - even has a Pyrex Tank that's very easy to clean too . . .
Matter of fact, I will be doing a review of it from the perspective of an Old School "Tootle Puffer" . . .

reading back over the last couple days and saw this...I am SOOOOOO glad you are ok!!12/14
1. Oh my what a crazy few days!...We ended up going back out yesterday and we finally found the guy and got him served...fine by me because I get paid for both attempts. Then last night on the way home was the scariest trip I've ever taken...as soon as I left it started pouring rain and the wind had been blowing pretty good all day too, but the bad part was when I got back into MS. They've been doing construction there, so the lines aren't very visible in good weather, but last night, I had a spot where it started pouring so bad, we all had to slow down to about 5 miles per hour...and all the idiots decided to line up behind me and let me lead the way...Whose stupid idea was that...don't you know you don't let a blonde lead anything!
...No really, I couldn't see even a couple feet in front of me and couldn't even determine where the road was, much less any of the lanes...at one point I ended up all the way over in the other lane and about to go off the shoulder on the opposite side from where I started...let's just say I was pretty scared there for a bit...but stopping wasn't really an option either, since you couldn't see at all and I was afraid that someone might run into me on the side of the road, even if I could have found it...I've never been so glad to get home as I was last night...think I left permanent finger indentations in the steering wheel!
