Thanks @rangerrobin I'm hanging but not sure what I am hanging on to. Just gotta get through until 1 pm on Thursday, then the week is over. Hopefully this streak of bad luck stays in 2015. That's one balance I don't wanna carry over to the new year.

Not sure what is wrong with it. I bought it knowing it had a misfire. Guy said it was a bad coil pack. Put on the new one, and it all went downhill from there. Started to overheat and had no power. Limped it to my brother in law's house, shut it off, and it wouldn't start back up. After sitting with the battery unhooked for a few hours, it started. Tried to drive it, and couldn't get over 5mph. Took it to my dad's house and there it sits. It's supposed to go to the garage today. Just waiting to hear something now.

Mornin/nite Tree Fam.
It's a lovely view from my Tree bbranch this mornin.
The sky is a Carribean blue with nary a cloud ....The snow covered mountain outside the backwindow looks big enough to touch.
And there's this small ribbon of cloud fog near the summit ...yes...we are that close to being above the Cloudz here
To all of you who had a ruff year ...I'm with ya there ...and I'm looking forward to a much brighter,better ,FUN 2016!
@Slowone2 is our resident expert on Plant/Treeology He has had some success with growing quince from seed ..and that's saying something 
@DaleH1985 ..GOOD NEWS is ....we're coming off a Christmas Holiday AND going into a New Years weekend ....I am confident there are other colleagues in the same boat with you ...who are just trying to made it to Thursday like you are ...for varying reasons ....Gotta feelin those folks are sympathetic and won't even notice . Just take it from one break to the next ....Some one somewhere said ..you can withstand just about anything for 10 seconds [Kimmy Schmidt??! ]] I myself even have a 2 minute rule ....if I can do it in 2 minutes or less...it gets done And that's on my bad days ...

Gonna be one of those days... started out with +1 *F and when we got out to the barns/coop, found the chicken waterer was frozen. The waterer was frozen yesterday and I "assumed" the heating element went bad, so I brought it in the house to thaw and installed the backup, filled it, plugged it in, and this morning it is frozen too. That suggests there is something wrong with the wiring going to the plug for the waterer (like maybe mice chewed through it?), so as soon as I can get my tired old .... back out in the cold WITH my V.O.M. in hand (or glove, as the case may be), then I will have some work to do in the coop. Dog only knows how long that might take. Sigh...

Thank you Katz. I've had Good luck with a few a few from seed, hoping they will survive the winter. That being said,,,, I've tried growing those trees for years without a single sprout.

I suppose all of these wonderful cool dark days are recharging me.....because I sure have slept in....
and with the the milder weather we have I even went down to just a tee shirt and pants......

Ha ha ha... Gee, count, you're about 50 degrees warmer than us. Want to trade places so you can really feel winter? (we don't wear shorts and T-shirts outside until it's at least up to 35 *F).(only in the '50's here.... bbbbrrrrrr!
