...there are several here ...just the ones we know of ....with same/similar issues .....not the best boat to be in ...but we are all in it together it seems
I found a Physical Therapist who did for me what the docs, meds and shots could not .

I found a Physical Therapist who did for me what the docs, meds and shots could not .
Ah, I've done so many physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors (said I needed surgery!), holistic medicines, injections and with the state of my neck there is only one type of injection that they can try to attempt to give me relief but they don't work at all. I've run the gambit over 11 years of things to try that there's nothing much I haven't tried. (All the legal things that is). My latest MRI shows three herniated discs at C4/5, 5-6 and 6-7 with all of them also bulging and causing foraminal stenosis at all 3 levels on the left and right side. In fact, C6-7 has so large of a bulge that it overlaps the vertebrate on both sides. Also degenerative disc disease at those 3 levels, osteophytes and my neck is beginning to try and fuse itself at the 5-6 level, endplate compression fracture, migraines and tons of muscle spasms from my upper back and shoulders trying to support my neck due to all the cervical instability. Shooting pains down my arms, weakness, clumsiness, always dropping things, loss of sensation and inability to gauge temperature, so on and so on. Plus the three levels in my lower back and my right hip and SI joint but I know, and my doctor and other therapist has agreed that because my neck is so bad and has been left for so long that it has caused problems in my lower back and probably makes it behave and hurt worse than it would if I did not have the neck problems. But I see yet another new doctor on February 16th so the prayers and well wishes are greatly appreciated. I am glad that you have found what has worked/helped you out, truly. I have got to have them do something soon because I can do nothing anymore bit read, watch TV and Vape. I have not yet gotten disability. But I thank you friend for your kind words.
