AND - I never thought I would be saying this, however I am very happy I kept a few pieces of Winter clothing . . . Just Sayin' . . . IT"S STILL COLD DOWN HERE . . .. . .

Even though it is supposed to warm up to the high 60's low 70's tomorrow they are saying another cold front is coming though here as the Mid-Atlantic States are gonna get hit with a snow storm this weekend - up to 25" of snow in some areas . . .

SO - I really hope all of "You" that are going to be effected stay safe and keep warm . . .

BTW: @tiggerrts . . . Really very happy that "You" enjoyed "Your Birthday and had a GOOD TIME too . . .

Glad to hear it was a positive day slow. Must be nice moving to Florida. I am so over these wv winters but unfortunately still owe a little much on the house to sell and move, so unless I win the lottery, I am stuck for a bit.

Fuzzy I know how you feel waiting on your koopor plus. Can't wait to get mine either.

I don't think I got much else to add tonight so I guess I am off. Have a great night everyone.

We bought our house as a two or three time foreclosure. It was in need of a ton of work but was cheap. When we got the settlement from my parents home we put a huge chunk on the mortgage, and anna makes a lot of extra payments on it. All that and everything we have done to it we are sure to sell for a lot more then we owe. Coming up with the 20% down on another house without selling is an issue though.

At this point they want anna to do some training and then spend a couple few weeks at each property she will have so she is going to be doing a lot of traveling at first. Good thing is they have offered to send her back here every other week. We are pretty much like glue so being away from each other is going to be tough.

I understand @Slowone2 me and my wife are very close, and I couldn't imagine being away for a week or two at a time, or her being away. But, I guess in the long run it will be worth it to improve your situation. On a plus note, when you finally get to move to florida, the warmer weather in the winter will be a lot easier on you. Good luck with everything.
