The last set I had in my lower back left me in a lot more pain for a few days and then regular pain. No relief. My dr said he has something else in mind so I'm hoping.

Glad the work day is almost down and I can head for home soon.

Broke a tooth while eating lunch. Rushed over to the base dental clinic - all the dentists were out. Had to wait a half hour for them to get back. After that it went quick - spent less time in the chair getting it numbed and fixed. It's only a temp filling and need to get a regular one done before long. Still fairly numb - hoping there's no pain when the stuff wears off.

Thanks Dale. A little over 8 pounds and a full head of hair. Cute as a button. Now I want to go to Russia more then ever, but I have my doubts of being able to handle a trip like that. It's rough having family so far away.
