Ouch! Healing energy being sent your way.

My wife dropped a nearly-full, glass bottle of olive oil on our tile kitchen floor. What a mess! It just took us over an hour to get it (mostly) cleaned up. We warned the kids not to walk in there without shoes.

I now need to go help bust out the remains of our dinner (on the way down, the bottle also managed to flip a tray of mushrooms onto the floor--which we can't eat now because they may have become glass-sliver pin cushions). Sigh.

tried resetting multiple times and still not working - these fancy full of electronic board things are a pain.

Fan on outside unit turning, inside unit only sometimes and no heat. Green indicator light sometimes solid, sometimes flashing - when working properly it should be solid but not happening. At least the red light hasn't come on.
Have had them act up before then all of a sudden start working again. But have also had them not and required parts replaced.

Maybe a blower motor on the inside? I had my condenser motor go out on the outside part this summer. Would work sometimes, sometimes not. Might be the capacitor on the motor...cheapest thing to try first, probably.

All the blowers work. This morning it quit blowing warm air and light was flashing - turned it off for couple minutes then back on - was good for a few hours then did the same thing except didn't start working when turned back on. Have pulled the power plug for a full reset - no good. Gonna try leaving it off for awhile to see what that does. Most likely problem is a circuit board in the outside unit - this environment is hard on that kind of stuff.

Yeah, some times things that are designed to work better and more effeciently just don't. Confounded technology.

Have a little electric heater going to try to keep some of the chill out of the room. At least it's just the unit for one area that's wacky and not the whole house.
