It wasn't the stores brand but they buy it from a small local company so it could be that the vanilla custard hasn't hardly steeped at all. Thanks for the input y'all

I will definitely try the microwave thing because I definitely can't vape it like this it. It would actually taste good if it wasn't for the peppery taste in it. I definitely need to try out some of the vape tree juice. I haven't tried it yet, and now David won't fuss as much when I order juice since he's vaping now too
I would steep it *heavily* somewhere really warm for 1 week and give it a bl00dy good shake 2-4 times a day... the pepperyness should break down as the creamy flavour permeates throughout the liquid and the sugars break down, do that for a week and give it another try, but just make sure you leave it somewhere quite warm so the bottle feels warmish to the touch and the liquid is runnier than room when at room temperature, and you give it a proper good shake like until your arm hurts twice a day, then straight back on the heat/warmth.
also during that week, *twice only* take the cap off and leave at room temp for about 6-8 hours to breathe, then squeeze the juice until its about to squirt out the top, but don't (obviously) let go of it quickly 2-3 times this will suck in fresh air to help oxygenate the liquid more, then put the cap on shake HARD and put it back in the nice warm place
I've done this with just about every liquid I've ever had and found it the quickest and best way to properly steep a liquid (without cooking the nicotine, or flavour and damaging the liquid) as far as it will go. I've had barely yellow/clear liquids go a nice light-dark caramel depending on what flavour colour in a week and COMPLETELY develop their flavour, after that the liquids haven't changed or steeped more and been nothing short of delicious
