howdy folks...I've been up early too...Mr KittyKat
threw me out of bed with his insistant "Wanting OWwwwwwwwwt!!"
But I am getting some things done ..so that's good.
@rangerrobin ...feeling like I was a bit hard on you yesterday ....it wasn't meant like that ...when I get tired I get to sounding like my ma ....and having been raised on the wrong side of the War , her attitude was always a very stoic ... "unless you were dead you should be happy"
So I woke up feelin kind of ill and hurtin' this morn ...and I thot of you ...and I really hope you get to feelin better ...only thing worse than being ill is having to work anyway
As a self-realization...I realize I post alot of me-me-me ....I think perhaps I am thinking out loud ...empathizing back to a time and place I felt ill ...or a situation similar to the poster.... I think I can still do that without moving my lips or typing it out if it's annoying

BTW ...I called that friend who witnessed the Rabbit Invasion in Alaska....She says it was in the area of Rainbow Ridge ..which is at Mile Marker 210 on the Richardson Highway ..not the Alcan . (The Richardson runs between Valdez and AK's secoond most populated city, Fairbanks)...man...I was WAY off!!
Here's a pic that does it justice. Notice the road at the bottom of the pic...and how the mountains TOWER overhead! It's a pretty amazing drive ...when you aren't dodging suicidal bunnies that is
