My laptop crapped out on me a while back. I've just been using my tablet. I've found for me it does pretty much everything I used my laptop for. Plus it has some cool connectivity features with my phone.

Replacement laptop......on sale......the same make..newer model...now I have to learn windows 10....

Get yourself some software that keeps out not just viruses but programs that steal your data. Windows 10 comes from Microsoft loaded with that crap - seems Bill Gates thinks he has a right to have copies of everything you do.

4. Good luck with figuring out Windows 10 @liblue1 - I'm holding off as long as I can on making that switch...I still love my Win 7 and have no desire to change until I'm forced kicking and screaming!

Well time to call it a night...going to be another long day tomorrow so need to get some rest. G'night Treefam.

Time to start getting the office closed up - need this 3 day weekend.

Got win10 on that PC I got the wife a few months ago - I prefer 7 - probably cause I'm used to it but 10 seem to hide a lot that you can see and do with 7.

The HR offices still can't get their act together. I provided them with things they needed 2 weeks ago - didn't hear anything - sent emails a week ago asking about it - nothing - sent another today. The HR here is now saying they're waiting on stuff from the one in Indy who previously said they were waiting on HQ in DC. They don't follow up on anything they are supposed to unless I push them. If I don't push they'll sit on it til the last minute then want me to scramble. I've already taken it to a higher level to get a little bit of response from them - about ready to go a lot higher.
