Have a rental car right now - need to buy one soon. It'll be awhile before the bike gets here and then getting stuff done to get it on the road.
The trip was full of upgrades - got business upgrade for the flight and that let me use the lounges in Tokyo and Denver - then when I went to get my economy rental car they had a Jeep Patriot waiting for me.

That's cool about the upgrades.

Thanks, I'm okay. I was able to borrow a wrist splint. Knowing how to fall wouldn't have helped because I was on the ground before I even knew what happened.

someone has something to do now that I am up...

I am done forking cow poop for the day. Xena (the cat, not the woman) came out and stopped me after the third wheelbarrow, so I took a vape break and petted her until she got off my lap, then I went out to fork more. I was getting tired and my back hurt a lot, and Xena showed up again and got right in the way so I couldn't fork any more. I had finished just over half the pen, so I put the stuff away and Xena followed me through the barn, through the hay room, and escorted me all the way back to the house, but didn't come in. Apparently, she just wanted me to go in. Anyway, I'll finish the pen tomorrow, but not until Blue gets up.

And you KNOW someone who lives only 75 miles from Sturgis, motorcycle rally capital of the world. I don't have a bike anymore, but you can stop in here for a vape break. So plan your vacation for the first couple weeks in August and come on over!

Back from soccer. Another win for my daughter's team and another loss for my son's team. The boys need to learn to run, spread out, call for the ball, and listen to their coach. Oh, and they need to stop having gossip sessions when the ball isn't around. Oh well, at least they had fun.

Time to unplug - it's still a bit early but I manage to stay awake all day (barely) and I need to see If I can fall asleep and stay that way thru the night.

Did I make it back to Okinawa and not realize it?

Fell asleep quick but woke up after a couple hours and was hungry - lunch time back home. Nuked a ham/cheese hoagie I got when I went shopping earlier. Gonna try getting back to sleep in a bit.
