Goodnight @KatzWh1skers

Hope it's a good one!

I work tomorrow morning and then a three day weekend off work for no reason! That just doesn't happen so I may not get out of bed LOL!

Ohhh I sooo didn't wanna get outta bed today, why does it always feel like I'm getting the best sleep when the alarm clock goes off... Well gotta finish getting ready for work, start the coffee pot, do a little laundry, walk thre dogs and put some food in the crock pot.. Then it's off to work I go. Hope everyone has a great day :)

good morning everyone. Time for another long day. Me and the wife have gotta figure out how to get the kiddos on a better sleep schedule. 3 hours for me and no sleep for her makes for a bad day for all of us. I think my day is gonna be easier than hers. I am at the office, and she has both girls all day.

Really dumb question. Has anyone tried the stacker 3 diet pills for energy? I feel like I can't keep my head up and the coffee isn't doing it today.

Have a great day everyone. I will stop in later.

@DaleH1985 I tried a while back for energy and had a terrible reaction to them and ended up in the emergency room. Now I'm scared to death to try anything else for energy so I just exercise some in the morning and honestly that helps. On the days I don't make myself get up and workout.. Like today :( I have so much less energy.

I have found that consistency is key for kids at bed time, this is gonna sound dumb, watch the super nanny stuff on youtube about sleep training and kids. Also there is a book i think its called "raising great sleepers" the wife swears its where she got the method we use.

Good morning, everyone.

Either we did it right or we got lucky: both of my kids were great sleepers as infants. ThaFuzz is right, a schedule is important (both feeding and sleeping). We also didn't tiptoe when they were down, which helped them sleep through noise.

ETA: Wait until they get older--the joys keep coming.

@DaleH1985 are you a new dad? Ive got a little experience (girl is 2,boy is 4 months soon) feed the kids when they get up not before they go down, if mom is nursing burp the baby for her when you can, try and let her get some rest(happy wife happy life). Dont tiptoe, if they live with noise (we love near a jet base, plus i use a white noise machine for the little one) they will sleep better. You'll adjust, itll take 9 weeks.
