I don't know if that would work since they can block you......Thats the problem, i won it, but it was direct through them, and sent direct from them, they did answer my emails and accepted responsibility for the fault but now they have just ignored me, blocked my forum account on the koopor website and stopped new regstrations.
my only other port of call is to call them out on twitter and that i have done
they'll be asleep now so the whole world is going to see what ive posted until about 2am GMT so HOPEFULLY this will push them enough to actually honour their warranty agreement, it is backed up by trade law no?

Well, obviously I am not out doing the monthly shopping today. Those dumbaxx forecasters blew it big time (again)! Supposed to be merely overcast and in the mid 40s today (as of last night's forecast). Woke up to below freezing and snowing. The ground here is all white again and at almost noon, it is still only 32F outside.. I checked the forecast for all the places I intended to go and they are either "up to 6 inches snow accumulation" or "heavy rain." Blue, maybe you should be living here... Too cold and yucky outside to do anything, so I guess today is a cruise-the-internet day. Sigh...

Be careful with some black tanks(some company's paint over contacts).Plumes of Hazard and Todd's Reviews had issues with black wotofo serpents,only the black ones for this reason. On another note if you've ever heard that kids song ram Sam Sam I'm sure it's stuck in your head too. Aaaaahhhhhhh make it stop for the love of Buddha(god) make it stop . Have a good day treefam.

Yeah but thats wotofo... come on theyve got like 9 subsidiaries and theyre all slated as being awful, because they make "clones" and sell them as legitimate brands, i dont trust wotofo at all and neither does the manager at my local B&M and he visits china regularly and sees first hand what's going on with said brand

yeah I don't think they're a rubbish brand, I've entered competitions to win their stuff but paint on metals, or inside tanks that's NOT suitable to be in a tank or not correctly cooked on to the metal of the mod then that is poo and wotofo aren't the only brand guilty of it.
the owner of my local brick and mortar loves his freakshow mini RDA too funnily enough but he said after meeting them in china and seeing how they do things he said theyre dodgy as
