Well I started the day off headed to work, but had to turn around and go pick up my fiance and now we are sitting at the hospital. He's been having trouble with kidney stones and it seems one might be lodged in a very uncomfortable place... Needless to say he's in serious pain so hopefully they will get him all fixed up pretty quickly

I'm headed to Texas today! Not a good start as my flight has been delayed by 2 hrs but at least I found out about it before I headed to the airport.

Looks like I'll have 1 strawberry to pick when I get home.
Nice to know that strawberries will grow here but I would need to cover the entire deck to make it worth while and then would probably need bird protection.
Cherry tomatoes are coming along but the peppers - I fear not enough heat.

"Sunny and 72!" That's always my answer when someone asks about the local weather.
No hangover for me--unless you count the food hangover from the giant kobe burger and garlic fries from last night (the food seems to have offset the three large Belgian ales...).So very hung over. Not sure how I'm going to make it today.

Coffee and waffles to start the day.
Sorry to hear about the kidney stones. Awful pain and nausea. I had one disintegrated back at Christmas. They make it sound like that "fixes" it...they don't really stress how you'll be ...... gravel for a couple of weeks.
