Julius 6 - 3: Not enough posts today, no doubt going into NAE territory. Good morning all. Starting to sound too gloomy, and nothing can be done sounding. Stop. tiggs has been researching this for a while and reading. Right reading, you can read their agenda's and goals. They are out there and I have read them. 50 to 60 percent of the population knows what I am talking about right now, or parts of it; not all of it. Shoot I don't think I even know all of this junk. But people are scared to talk about it. Right scared to talk about it, because they are the only voice out there in the sea. Wrong, lots of voices out there, lots of study being done, planning. Oh that sounded threatening did it not? I was talking about gardens and food, you? Well and education, and real education, and I guess education.

Right so not the only one, you or I or another, lots of teachers, lots who know some, more learning more. GMO's right, the deadly food. People are awake. Do not think so look over in Europe, the chaos there is intense, Britain said no to the one world order, the U.S. needs to get out of the U.N. and the one world order. Right, tons to talk about and so little space and a lot of words.

The young man is right about one thing, why cursive? This is not in cursive, any book written in not in cursive, court papers, company documents, everywhere printed text. So cursive is not needed and should not be made mandatory, but perhaps an elected course. But we are getting back to Common Core again, and how words "Text" are being attacked on our children. If you can not read and write, you can not communicate................ They are trying to push that to more states and towns near you.

Have to get out today - gotta go finish my daughter's registration for the nursing degree program at community college so she can get all her scholarships finalized. Should be LOADS of fun.

I had to help my daughter a lot with her math classes. She would say, "This is the way we're supposed to do it." I would show her the old, logical way of doing it and tell her to make her work look "proper" once she knew the correct answer..."This makes sense and is easier...why don't they teach us this?!" Why, indeed....

Julius 6 - 4: Too many words, and a lot of subjects. Watch this video and think again. She is not singing to her fans, she is singing about having figured it out. She had been used, and would still be used for some time. Right advertisement, get it, and stay in. Get in, and stay in........ She got it, how, I am not going to speculate, getting out? Not easy, not easy at all, and usually would end in with two x's over the eyes. She showed her final defiance later by cutting all her hair off, she looked bad to the world, but she was saying done.

Right Gaga, Perry, other very well known singers and actors on your T.V.'s and in your theater's, even in the radio........... no advertisement............ Illuminati, the roots are very long and deep. Not Egyptian.........

Good Mornin' / G'Night and Good Vibes Tree Fam!

@tiggerrts - I agree, which is why I haven't watched TV, since the mid 80's.

@SLM - :bday:

Happy Hump Day for many!
Have a wonderful day, everyone!

Thanks so much! It's going pretty well actually! Not a bad day at all! :)

A few more hours here at W and then home for dinner. Maybe even a piece of cake. It's pretty warm and humid out today but maybe a little walk this evening if it cools off some.

I'll catch y'all later. Have a good day!

So how do these children sign their checks? With a printed X? Or have they also been taught that everything is bought with slide-it-in credit cards and payments to them via ACH? I believe cursive is a necessary part of writing. If I get a birthday card that was made on the computer and even the signature is "printed," it means nothing to me. Oh, by the way...
Happy Burfdaze @SLM (there is no cursive available on this forum - sorry)

Welcome to ECF @Macaca9587 Check out this neat contest thread where you can win some really good e-liquid just by chatting with the great folks who hang out here (see complete "rules" on page 1). Lots of fun here! Nicest people on the forum and you just might learn a thing or twelve... :)

I actually thought of that before writing, and you are correct. Cursive is usually used on a check, I would guess 99 percent of letters written, or birthday cards given; things like that. But did you die if the cards were not in cursive, or the letters in print? Yes if you could have signed your name on the happy birthday wish it would be more final, not final; but more final. Eating, breathing, drinking, sleeping, hmmm dreaming. Those things are needed. That subject becomes much greater when you think of house hold chemicals under the sink. Want the kids in it? Talked about a dog yesterday. Life application. Yes cursive is nice, not a necessity. The young girl said she could not cook. I doubt she knows how to balance a check book. I doubt she knows what chemicals she is putting under the counter of her sink. And the even worse combinations that those things could do. So teach them cursive, I think gardening, ranching, eating, drinking fresh water, the ability to read and write, and teach it to others is a little more prioritized.

Edit: and I will acquiesce this point. I to believe that cursive can be and is a very practical skill. I sure do try to sign my name, on any document. Official. A name and not a number.

You are right, cursive is not a requirement to stay alive, but to me, those who can do it and do it legibly are more "alive" than those who don't have a clue. But I'm an old geezer, so...
The young girl said she could not cook.
I never got cooking lessons in my youth. And I came from a home with no father and a mother had, at one time, three jobs so she could support her two children (the "father" never even paid child support). I often made my own dinner by heating a can of spaghetti while mom changed clothes to go from one job to the next. But today, even though I do not cook often (I am married to a chef who loves to cook), I am capable of creating great meals. But that isn't because anyone taught me. It is because I had a desire to learn and read books and taught myself. Oh, and by the way, only the older books have not, as yet, been modified by the government to include their new lies about our reality. All magazines, however, have already caved in to the government lies and are no better than the newspapers or TV (all that media is owned and directed by half a dozen power mongers).
