Yeah, I agree. This shows me two things: 1) Do not trust the TV news to tell the truth (well, we already knew that, but they made it sound like the governor did this all by himself) and 2) search harder. Lannie found what I didn't and I thought I had gone through everything sdgov had regarding vape laws/regulations/statutes/etc. Normally, I am Mr. Search here at Love Acres because I always seem to find what Wifey cannot, but she found what I didn't this time. Now I have to go find their effectivity date. Was that passed before or after the FDA BS? What it really tells me, however, is that I also need to campaign against a bunch of state legislative officials. Educating them has already proved to be ineffective because they don't want to hear truth. Big bucks is the "currency of the realm" these days and they have all been bought - either that or they all have no brains whatsoever and are totally incapable of thinking for themselves. Sigh...

92 degrees at 60% RH (heat index = 105F) and I'm working outside. Just popped in to towel my sweat off, then I'll be gone again. Toodles!

Sorry for the heat everyone who is suffering......I have m fingers crossed it stays like it's been.....70's average....and cool nights....this is more like it should be.....not that terrible heat wave we had all last year........I am managing with just my fans this year.............
Well Treefam I am off for now......so many things to put away and make room for...........have a great afternoon & I will check back in later on..........
