Well, as of today, there is no point whatsoever in me entering any ECF contests because no "tobacco products" can be shipped into or out of this state. That was already a South Dakota law, but as of today, the FDA deeming says these juices (and even the O-rings in your tanks, etc., etc., ad nauseum) are "tobacco products," so I cannot even order replacement parts now. I don't want to just leave this thread, but there is no point in me even trying to win anything any more, so from today on, all my notes will be Not An Entry. The rest of you, please continue to enjoy Vape Tree products and order from GMO until such time as the FDA Gestapo is finally defeated or our country goes down in flames.

Hi Treefam!
I have a lot of catching up to do, probably have to do most of it when I get home
Really just checking in. Got some bad news today. My daughter has a rare form of Cancer. That is why her Appendix burst. Need some good vibes sent this way.
Plus I am using strange computer. strange to me anyway meaning not mine.lol

To the best of my knowledge, at least at this point in time, our Postal Nazi is not using joose-sniffing dogs so as long as the mailing label is from an individual, they will not know I am breaking their stupid law. Most of the businesses, however, are a dead giveaway because they have Vape or Vapor or Ecig in their business names, which makes the contents of said package extremely suspect and likely to be confiscated. I noticed that my last SlowTech order, they had already changed their customs declaration to "small electronic parts" when what was inside was tanks, tank glass, etc. They are already planning to bypass such stupid laws, but I suspect customs won't believe that lie for very long. I still have some stuff I want to PIF to beginners, so I am still planning to send that regardless of the idiots in our government. Postal regulations already require you to identify and properly package liquids (double bagged etc.), so I am afraid I will not be PIFing any of that stuff.

I got an e-mail today from a prominent national vendor (@glassmanoak in case you are not already aware, you need to be), stating that the new FDA regs require them to verify the customer's age and they listed a whole bunch of changes to their ordering process, which included giving them my cell phone number so they could text me a code to use with my orders. I do not own a cell phone, so I would be unable to comply and, therefore, would never be able to buy anything from them again even if I wanted to. Another company told me I have to fax them a copy of my driver's license. Like hell I'd ever do that!!! Imagine the open door to identity theft. But how else are the vendors supposed to prove their customers are over 18?
