Home, ate and now I'm not sure what. Maybe just get out a bit. It's a pretty decent day weather wise here. 76°F and not too humid.

Positive thoughts and energy sent Blue. I don't know what up, but I hope it improves soon!

Decided on a roast cooked on the grill for supper.

Sounds good. I having the healthy version of fish and chips tonight.

Went for a walk when I got home. The hills here are steep. Tomorrow I'll stop at the beach and have a flat walk.

Hope the day has gone well for all and all issues are clearing up and disappearing.

Aargh. Trying to get any real work done took a nose dive with lots of little interruptions this afternoon. I think I'll just shut down now and watch football until dinner.
