Good morning everyone! I woke up about 20 minutes ago, got the kids up and I'm drinking my coffee waiting to take these cinnamon rolls out the oven they smell really good... Yumm!!!
Elsia bird is definitely becoming very comfortable here, as soon as we open her cage she is straight on my shoulder... Every time she still has yet to get on David or the kids shoulder but for some reason she just flies right to me. Well I guess I better check on the cinnamon rolls and start getting stuff ready. The funeral starts at 9 but it's in New Orleans and traffic is usually bad heading that way in the morning..

10/26 - 1: Good morning all, getting ready to roll.

Elsia bird is definitely becoming very comfortable here, as soon as we open her cage she is straight on my shoulder... Every time she still has yet to get on David or the kids shoulder but for some reason she just flies right to me.

Animals pick their people. When we had the cockatiel the whole time, it only came to me. It would allow everyone to feed it, and pet it, but when the cage door was open the bird flew or walked across the floor straight to me. Funny if it walked it would sit at my feet, the girls and mom all with hands out. "No thanks." and wait for me to put my hand down and then it would climb up to my shoulder. You must have a good aura, animals are said to see colors around people.

In a big house like that you can not just put in plain lights, what you do not see, is just to the left and down the hall is the elevator, if climbing one set of stairs up or down is too much.

Wifey is having another bad day so I called off work. Not feeling great myself, motivation has been hard to come by for me lately. I will get through it.
