Well it is snowing now........very light but enough to cover the roads....so I called in....there is no way I can make it down the hills around here(let alone back up when I need to).....going to watch something for awhile.....have a good night Treefam..........

Good morning everyone 
All this toilet stuff cracks me up... At work there is no restroom in the building with my office, so I have to bundle up and cross over to the other side of the plant.. Thank goodness there is a little heater in the bathroom though.. It's been a bit chilly the last few days.
And yes count it was from the same place... It is a big chain store but I shouldn't have ordered again after the first issue, I just couldn't find another place that could deliver anytime soon due to all the flooding, black Friday and cyber Monday stuff. Well yesterday my step-dad went there in the morning and was there about an hour because even with the receipt they couldn't find the order anywhere in their system :/
He demanded a refund and we purchased a stove at a local appliance store, they wouldn't be able to deliver until next month but now that my parents are back in town I can use their truck to go pick up the stove tomorrow woo-hoo!! I'm super excited, I almost don't want to get my hopes up but this is a completely different store so hopefully there will be no issues. Crazy thing is that the other store is a really popular nation wide store so I just assumed everything would be good... Boy was I wrong.
Well I'm about to go make some hamburger steaks and put them in the crock pot.. Hope everyone has a great day [emoji268]

Good morning Treefam...cold here, 37 with a feels like temp of 23...too cold for me! Should be an easy day though...the boss just texted to say she'll be out today.

Currently 25°F here and feels like 11. Calling for 8 inches of snow Sunday and sub zero wind chills. Could be fun! Glad I'm off work!
At W now, with coffee. Hard to say what the day will be like with the cold temps and wind. Catch ya later!

Good morning, everyone. Busy day for me as I was notified that my mother will be discharged from the nursing facility next week. I've already been working on the arrangements for assisted living, but now things are in full swing and I have lots of phone calls to make before I visit my mom. I need to take her to a doctor's appointment today, as well, so that should be interesting... her first time out and about on her own (sort of). Also, my daughter has both a flute recital and a Nutcracker performance this afternoon, so there will be much rushing. Oh, and it's also my son's birthday. He's nine.
How do you think these big stores get so big? I'm glad you found a stove!

Congrats to SLM!
And I would prefer not to have any more of that nasty snow. Had more flurries during the night and ground was covered this morning. Most was gone this afternoon but still a few patches left. Still getting a little now and then. Supposed to be more this weekend. It's also way too cold.
