TIOA Sns9 eps 42: Darlin finished her plate and ate the last strawberry as Angel and Mandi sat down. "Where are you going Darlin?" asked Angel. Darlin walked to the servant and gave her, her plate, she thanked Darlin and Darlin thanked her back. They were all happy to serve her, well fed and clothed and nice quarters, they all did what Darlin wanted.
"I have to go and deal with business, there are matters to attend to with the people." Darlin smiled as she walked away from Angel and Mandi, Count and Uncle were coming out of the elevator together as Blue walked down the steps, they saw Darlin walking down the long passageway. The smell of food was good, and there were plates and glasses ready, the workers were taking food in their fingers and eating from it; the guests late to wake up and brunch already being cooked.
The elevator went back up and as Count, Uncle and Blue fixed their plates it came back down and Katz and Anjel exited. The large table was starting to be cleared. Blue asked one of the workers. "So how do you store the food?" A young lady looked at her and said. "By not converting the energy from the solar panels from DC to AC we save 60% to 80% of the energy made, the fridge and TV all that you use, even the lights are DC. Except for what your phones use and laptops things like that, but there are adaptors as well in the drawers of your room to use and save more."
Scott came into the room, the massive doors opened for him and the children. Misty ran forward to the table, she was hungry and looked at it, she took a piece of toast, two sunny side up eggs, a cup of orange
juice, a few grapes and remembered what her mother did and took many strawberries. Hunter fallowed his father and made a plate slower as Misty took her plate fast and dropped a few grapes, she sat between Angel and Mandi hopping up.
"Good morning everyone." said Scott and everyone said "Good morning back." He went to a couch near them and sat down placing his cup of grape
juice on the table before him, and Hunter went beside him in the next chair and did the same. Anjel finished making her plate, and sat near them. "So what are the plans?" asked Anjel and as Scott finish swallowing his food, he replied. "Darlin is taking care of things for the city, Hunter and I are going training with the bow and arrow, with horses." Anjel's eyes got a little bigger but she held her surprise. "Can I join you?" she asked. "Of course." Scott said back.
Most had not eaten for some time and the food was gone quickly, a soldier at the door saw it and opened the massive door again. "Hello friends, my name is Zackary." He walked in a long purple rob with white, his long brown curvy hair past his shoulders, he continued. "I hear there are ladies who wish to be fitted?" Angel, Mandi, Katz and Blue looked at him and paused. "It is okay, you can set your plates down where you sit, or on the table it will be taken care of." Zackary said, and eight ladies came
through the doors dressed in white, leafs in their hair, all colors and color of hair.
"Who wants to be fitted first?" asked one young lady. Angel and Mandi stood at the same time. "Okay you two first, come follow me." said the young black girl, another went with her, she a little taller and her hair brown. The two smiled at each other and went to the door. Katz and Blue stood and took their plates to the table, they were encircled by more young ladies. "And you?" asked Zackary of Anjel. "I will not be fitted thank you, but will be on detail watching with the guards." Zackary looked at Scott and he shook his head yes, Zackary bowed and nodded at Anjel. "So be it, fair lady."
Zackary went back out the door with all the rest as the great wooden door shut, They followed in step with the young ladies. "Oh look how beautiful you are." "Your hair is wonderful, I have an idea." "Your color is ideal, there is a purple dress I think will work for you." Four soldiers walked down the hall to another door in escort, and came two on each side. Zackary moved past them all. "Excuse me." and opened the door.
