1/15 - 1: Mornin all, rained all night and still this morning and then freezing on contact, ice everywhere. Safe travels JPF. Why are you glad the circus is closing Blue?

Did you read the story?......they have been cruel to animals for years...IMO both the circus the zoo's are no longer needed to teach about animals....with the internet and the lack of parenting these days....it's turned into just plain animal abuse.....1/15 - 1: Mornin all, rained all night and still this morning and then freezing on contact, ice everywhere. Yeah I went and read it, never been so if they truly have been cruel to animals then it is good. But why abandon the whole thing, still could do the tight rope stuff, have seen online a great show of motorcycles running in a round steel cage and things like that. As far as Zoo's depends, better to have some elephants taken care of in a zoo than be herded and made extinct by hunters illegally and things like that. Big cats are being hunted to extinction as well as whales, a shame humans want an ivory tusk or a fur coat, rich people like that suck. Eat some beef, cattle breed easy, leave those wonderful exotic animals alone.1/15 #2

Good morning, everyone. This topic is far too deep for my just woken up brain to comprehend.... 
... but I agree that it sucks that people have to hunt certain animals to extinction just for a bit of horn that they superstitiously think will help them become better lovers.

Yay JPF......good to hear....well Tiggs if you read it they say that attendance has declined since they removed the elephants from the show......in any case not enough people want to go see just the "freak shows" or the acrobats....It might also have to do with the activists...who knows....but the bottom line is..the interest is not there.....people and their cell phones....that's seems to be all they need/want........

Got up early for a weekend - went to a gun show with a couple friends. They each bought a another gun for their 'collections'. Just 1200 rounds of ammo for me.

My 11th straight day done....I was looking on my working calendar and I see that I have only had 2 days off so far this year.....the 2nd & the 4th,.....it's been a long haul....but it will all be worth it......

I was mildly productive today... first day in a week that I didn't have anything to interrupt me from work (well, except for keeping an eye on the early game). Now I'm going to go fight over the remote to watch the Steelers-Chiefs game.
