We've all made them. Silly mistakes. I figure what the heck, since I just made one, share!

- Replaced carto in a tank, completely forgot to... you know... put any juice in. Put it on eGo, took a big hit. Mmm... burning.
- Mounted a coil in a Fogger. Forgot to put in wick. DID remember to put in juice...
- Mounted a coil in a KFL, started putting in my wick, but didn't lock my mod. Wound up with a really nice, very thin burn on my thumb. Didn't hurt bad at all, though my daughter freaked after she sniffed the air and said "Are you making some sort of roast?" and I told her it was the smell of my burning flesh.
- Also with a KFL: Forgot to put on the top of the chimney, forgot to replace the fill screw (several times).

And of course just now:

- Replacing battery on my mod. Take out battery. Screw back together. Try to have a toot. Nothing. Shake mod listening for rattle. Nothing. Remove top of mod, make sure it's snug at the connector with my 91%, put back on mod Still nothing. Scratch head. Look down and see fresh battery looking up at me, smug. If the battery had spoken right then and said "Smooth move, Ex-Lax" I wouldn't have been the least bit surprised.

I can brain!

So far my only mistake vaping was leaving my eGo battery connected to my brother-in-law's computer to charge when I left to drive back to Dallas from Houston. I got about an hour and a half away before I realized my mistake. Almost turned around to go get it but my wife wouldn't allow it.

Fortunately I convinced her to locate a B&M vape shop near to where we were, and a few minutes later I had my new eGo battery, only to realize a few minutes after leaving the parking lot that I also needed a charger.

The good part is that after turning around and going back to buy a charger so I could actually charge the battery and use it, my wife refused to speak with me for the remainder of the drive. One of the most pleasant return trips from Houston that I've had.

I've probably lost somewhere in the amount of 30 mils of juices inattentively attempting to screw the atty from the battery. Once it ended up all over a leg of my freshly washed bluejeans.

I should have to mention how it ticks me off doing that. Worse yet I very well know how to prevent doing this which only ticks me off more.

And trust me on this, these kind of things only get worse as you age.

The other day my wife come back from the store having a fit cause her provari won't fire. Of course she throws it at me. I unscrewed the bottom and flipped the battery around. I think that made her even madder. Lol

Mine often comes to me with that kind of problem. I'm sure glad she doesn't throw it at me though. If that were to happen, I might find myself throwing it back, although probably not.

Then there was the "ketchup incident."

Well that gave me a good chuckle :D

Thankfully my GF has neither the inclination nor intention of ever being married. The jury is still out on if that's better for her or me. And while she doesn't vape much herself, she has almost completely taken over the e-pipe she gave ME for Christmas! Don't mind really, she looks cute using it.

Don't get me wrong. I love my wife. Been with her almost 20 years and couldn't imagine being without her.

But she is the world's worst passenger. The backseat driver from hell, which is made all the worse with the fact that I'm licensed to drive race cars.

i have done many of the things reported here.
my most recent numbskull moves have been me repeatedly leaving home with a handful of mods, most with drippers atop.. i dash out the door without remembering to bring the corresponding juice bottle for each dripper.
luckily, i usually leave with at least 1 mod tanked and this becomes my mod for the day. i just vape dry and stare at the other mods lol.
im too used to vaping tanks exclusively.. now that i am big into drippers, i need to remember to bring the dang bottles!

Ugh  I have done so many listed above...lol.

Most common as of recent - I take the battery out of my reo and put it on charge, close door push button - annnnnd nothing. Then I realize it requires putting a battery back in.

Second most common is cleaning or wrapping a new coil and putting on my top cap and not putting in a wick...

heh, I'm betting you've seen the video of the Italian racer who takes his wife out on the track? What's his name... Patrese, I think it was?
