DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
i fill mine the same way.
for the firing part, try holding the button real snug and turn counter clockwise a little bit, maybe a few times, or however long it takes until the button turns blue when pressing. works just fine on my few temperamental batteries.

So far, two days into my Go-go I've had no issues filling it. I use the syringe and carefully add about a half mil each time, circling the center hole, stop and then again a minute later until I get the tell-tale drops out of the bottom. I wipe it off and let it sit for a couple of minutes.

My problem now is misfires, i.e. it the light comes on but nothing. Sounds like the battery and atty are not touching. I read somewhere, can't recall exactly which thread, but someone places a small drop of molten solder on the battery tip. I'm comfortable doing that if that appears to be the case but once it's done, it's done. I don't want to drop solder and then attempt to de-solder it.

Anyone know exactly why these are mis-firing? I'm willing to look into it but I don't want to toss out this brand new cart just 2 days into this.

Thanks in advance.

a few have commented about how "noisy" the GO GO is...for some reason when i first started vaping it over a month ago, it seemed noisy but now i never hear it..kinda wierd.
also the comments about "airy" draw.....those almost made me NOT buy a GO GO, because i equated airy with a weak inhale, weak draw/vape....but this is definitely NOT the case. all i can say is that the draw is very EASY effortless but delivers INCREDIBLE full flavor.
still very happy with my GO GO.....its a powerhouse. dont know how i lived without it!

It also helps to run the battery down until it blinks a bunch of times, then recharge it fully. This reboots the chip inside and the button works from then on.

I finally got one battery to completely drain until it was blinking so I did a full recharge. No luck. I even switched carts to see if that was the problem and still no luck. I'm debating getting rid of the batteries and trying new ones but I don't really want to spend much time messing with this. It needs to work for me and these are not working at all right now. It looks like defective batteries as sometimes I see the blue LED won't illuminate when I press the button and it's happening to both of them.

I'm going to contact the supplier and see what they say.

thanks for the tip though.

An update on the situation I posted about a few pages back. As a recap, in my first pack of 5 go-carts, the first 4 of them ended up with burned filler. I estimate the time it took to burn the filler as anywhere from 12-48 hours for each carto, depending on when I started to perceive the burnt taste. I have tried several variants of filling methods. To be clear, these cartos are filled until leaking out the bottom and frequently re-filled till leaking out the bottom. The fifth I tried an experiment with removing the filler about an hour after I filled it. The center portion of the filler was bone dry.

I ordered a second pack of these cartos from Cigeasy. First carto, I let it sit for 5 hours after filling it. I started to vape it. 15 minutes in, I get the burnt taste. I immediately remove the filler, sure enough, it's burnt on the bottom and part way up the center hole. 15 minutes earlier, the carto had been leaking out the bottom. In fact, it was overfull when I started vaping. Also, a portion of the center area of the filler was dry.

I'm going to try letting the next carto sit for 16 hours after filling it the next time. If I get burnt filler again, I'm going to ask for my money back from Cigeasy. This PV is potentially quite good. The battery life is excellent, and it produces good vapor and flavor when the filler isn't burnt. But these cartos are CRAP. It's unacceptable to have a cartomizer that burns every single time like this, no matter how it is filled. I'm $90 into this investment, and I'm starting to think it's just down the tubes.

Maybe I got 3 good boxes of cartos /shrug

I use a syringe to fill them at the bottom for the first ml, then fill the middle them the top. I let them sit ONE minute. I tap on them and blow hard though them before recapping. I only ever start to get a burnt taste after I have vaped them for 8 hours and 2.5++ ml.

I've been using them for over two months and I've never had a burnt carto or dry hit either. I haven't bought any lately but all of mine have performed great! I use 80-20 juice. Maybe it is the juice you're using.

That was my case. 1st carto I filled tasted nasty. Turns out my Go-Go does not like my RY4.

Guess I can save that liquid for my tons of other unused PV's that are sitting in my drawer.

Whats the mix on RY4? I run 100% VG (eco-pure) in my Go-Go now and occasionally switch between that and some flavored PG with the VG already in and haven't had an issue with the juice, just the battery misfiring very often.

100% PG. I'm not hurt by the Go-Go disliking the Dekang RY4, I have a few unused eGo-T attys that need their purchase gratified

I had a similar experience and found a fix that works for me. The first Go-carts I ordered had condoms included. I now put the condom on the battery end and fill by dripping until the liquid pools at the top (almost to the level of the plastic tube). I then let is sit a while. After 15 min or so, the 'pool' is gone and I add more until it pools again (I think the dry area absorbs the liquid after a period of time). I keep doing this until the pooling doesn't drop. Blow out and clean and good to go. Hope this helps.

I am like txtumbleweed by having used for over two mouths now and have cleaned and reused the carts and have not had any hassle but one time with a lr carto with a high ohm,s reading on it and it did have a burnt taste to it.i did not see what kind you are using the reg or the lr version of the carto. and have you used a meter to check the ohm,s to to check them with.
