GoGo battery post raising??

I've found that my GoGo batts aren't contacting the Go carts without taking needle nose pliers and pulling the Gocart center post out during battery changes. Since it happens with all Gocarts I would assume that the GoGo battery center posts have dropped a bit. Turns out to be a royal pain on every batt change!!!

Anyone know how to raise the post on the batts without messing the batt up??

I use the gogo and have not had any problems with the batt post can't tell how but you can ask in the other thread and get an answer very quick..

It's a lot easier (and cheaper if you do it wrong) to tweeze up the center post on the cartomizer.

Quitter how old are the batt,s you are using.The older one,s the center post sit down 3 to 4 mm lower then on a new batt
and the same go,s with the carto,s hope that helps some

Well that doesn't work for charging though
I have the same problem with mine (wonder if they came from the same place...hmmmmm). EVERY time I need to charge. I use tweezers gently. It is a pib though

Try filing down the plastic on the charger so the batt goes deeper into the charger..This is a known problem on some of the chargers. Make sure the batt end of the charger is flat..

Now why didn't I think of that?! Thanks so much wendalb, that makes sense (since charging is the only time I have a problem) and I'll definitely try that, thank you!
