I dont really want to quit vaping, but the other day I decided to try to see if I could.
Day 1: felt weird not leaving the house with my supplies bag. I wasn't quite sure what to do with my hands while driving (usually have a PV in one if them). I had some cravings, but none very severe. More like a feeling I am missing something. The hardest part was when I got home and had access to my stuff. Not that I needed it, but wanted it.
Day 2: easier time in the car today. Listened to the radio to help not think about it. Here at work and just had a little craving, but went away quickly.
So far quitting vaping is tremendously easier than quiting smoking. I have been vaping 24mg but I think my dependence on nicotine may be not near as strong as I thought.
I am going to try to go for a week. I like vaping so I will keep doing it, but it will be nice to know if I can put it down easily.
