Getting check atomizer errors on my device. The Atty doesn't have a short and is indeed making contact. I sent an email to hana about this but haven't received any message back yet. So tempted to rip this thing open

Same here. I tried tightening the screw in the top right but that didn't do anything. Sent them an email, filled out the RMA form, and shipped it out. Hana signed for the package this morning so I'm waiting to hear back from them (hopefully today...).

Haven't tried firing mine or even putting a battery in it yet but I apparently I got lucky. Not a single scratch on it and the anodizing looks even to me.

Suck's that everyone has to worry if their little investment might not come in good shape. Yeeeesh, I love my Hana, but lately I've been thinking of selling it and getting something else.

So Julie just got back to me. When I sent them the Hana with the RMA form I also requested that they address the nicks and scratches around the device in addition to the "check atomizer" error. Basically I was asking for an entirely new unit, not a repair. I only asked her for the turn-around time in an email this morning because they hadn't gotten back to me yet. All she replied with was a tracking number. Fingers crossed that I don't get the same unit back, but I'm not holding my breath with everything I'm reading regarding Hana's customer service in the ssvapes thread and Facebook lol.

So emailed Hana about the ding on the finish and they said it couldn't possssssibly be them that did it. Because they "check them". I said it's on the edge of the cover on the inside as well. So it would have had to of happened when the battery cover was off. And my box was sealed and hand delivered from Hana to GLV to me. That it would have had to have been disassembled in order to have been dinged/dented the way it was. Especially since it was still sealed when received. Told me Ya there is no way it was us (hana). I dont believe that for a second, in fact that is the only way that it could have happened. They said That "you should have brought it to the attention of us or the vendor at vapebash" Ahhhhh! what? That it had to have been done by me. (I'm sure it wasn't I was super careful) I gave them a piece of my mind. What #&@*&# they are

Its hard to take that seriously considering you got it for free. Just sayin'

I realize that. But They don't know that. But i do, thats why I'll deal. but as long as I've waited I had no problem paying. Its just sad how bad their customer service is and it angers me. Ive shared the experience about Hana to let people know how bad Hana is. Julie from hana is a &#&*@ and shouldn't be talking to customers.
