RAWR...it's alive!!

I happen to be vaping some RAWR right now, and it's very lively.

As for the Envy project, is it now called BeGo? It was posted on the Notcigs FB page 5 days ago that the "BeGo is coming soon". Don't tell me I'm the only notcigs fanboy here that regularly checks the FB page.

The eGo twist is yet another 3-stage, poor man's excuse for VV. Just what a spanner is, I'm not sure. Mate.

The eGo Twist goes from 3.2V to 4.8V. It isn't a 3-stage. It also adjusts in .1V increments. I am currently reviewing it, and although it isn't even close to the quality of the Buzz Pro, it is a $25-$30 VV, for the masses. It has it's market, and will be a popular product. It will give people a taste of VV, and help popularize the higher end devices.

It's actually .2V increments with a very confining amperage limit, but you were right, and I was wrong. Not a 3-stage.

Unfortunately, it's also another Chinese, mass-produced widget designed to drown American innovation under the weight of sheer numbers and low cost (by virtue of virtual slave labor).

It is only marked with .2V lines, but it is a dial that allows for .01 adjustments actually. I have two and have been putting them through their paces. It doesn't hold a steady current like the Buzz, and gets pretty hot when the batteries get low. I should have the review up in a few days, in case you want to check it out. I will also have the Buzz Pro II review up in a few days. I am sure people are going to be upset when I call the eGo Twist a toy... but one of the better VV toys that the Chinese make.

We are in talks with another company to finally produce a device very much like this idea , the market has changed significantly in the VV area ( many Chinese versions out there now ) so we have to figure out how to be more competitive in the pricing area .

Notcigs has been working with a Chinese PCB company for several years , we are talking to them about producing this new design in the near future.

This will be a USA designed and China assembled device .

I have one of those Chinese-designed VVs. Although it's a so-called "mini" and uses a single 18350, it's just a touch shorter than my Buzz Pro. Battery life? Well, let's just say the Lava doesn't flow for very long.

I'm counting on the same MCP 12 ingenuity that drove my employer's baby-stepping fiber optic capability into a slow trot (we'll be running soon) to also show the world how to make so much more out of so much less.
