Got My Darwin today, I have a few questions

Thanks guys. I have received my replacement Darwin and I must say that mine was severely messed up, and sadly I loved it lol. I did ship it back with the little adapter attached not knowing that the replacement wasn't going to have it so kinda sad there. HOWEVER, I can now use this thing at 7 watts without the cart having a burning taste. Something the other one couldn't do, if it got over 5 it was almost unbearably hot. Glad I got one thats working like it is supposed to! Between Drew and Brandon this was the best customer service I have ever experienced Thank you both for a wonderful product!

How many drips do you use? I had just read that it can fry them IF you don't keep it wet enough. Normally I drip 3 drops onto a 901 and use until it tastes like it needs 3 more drops. Lately my atty's have been leaking through the little hole though.. Not a deal breaker, I just carry a napkin with me

I like the 901 once in a while myself. The adapter I need to use allows airflow even when the hole in the 901 is blocked-off. If you can still draw through it while blocking the hole with your finger, cut a band out of a carto condom, and slide it over the 901 to block the hole.. Please note, I am not using a Darwin.. (Yet ) But the band works with the mod I'm using.
