When I was a younger man in my 30's I had neighbor who at the time was about 80 years old. I had just got home from work on a 95 degree plus hot summers day and he met me in the road and asked how I was. I said fine but I wished October would get here so it would cool down some. His reply, "don't be wishin the days away." I did not know it then but I understand now. Time is a whole different concept for a man in his thirties as compared to a man in his eighties.
