Another probably silly question: Are you getting lots of vapor, just no flavor?

And, do you need a care package? I could send you a stardust or two if you like. Think I also have a couple of the original phoenix XL laying around if you'd like them.

As much as I would like to say yes to the stardust I have no ego connections or adaptors.. I am getting plenty of vapor just 0 flavor.

Yeah, it's the new one alright... The only thing I can think of is that you got a set of duds for heads... It's obviously not your taste buds, and normally ViVi heads give very decent flavor, even for a flavor nazi like me, so bad heads seems to be the only logical answer.

You could try rebuilding them - there are some directions in the ViVi thread, and some on YouTube, I believe. I haven't done that so I can't advise you there, but many folks have and apparently it's easier than it sounds.

You could also try getting a couple of new heads - they are really cheap, so it might be worth it. You could even try a head or two for the modular Stardust - they are almost identical, but the Stardust one has a pip on the silicone "hat", and who knows, it might have some effect on flavor for you. I think it does, as I seem to prefer it, though I haven't investigated that in detail.

It's reallly too bad you are having problems with these... :(

I've started putting the pip from a stardust on the nova heads and it does improve the flavor. I think it is because it tightens the draw up. I've generally found that an airy draw creates less flavor.

I like having the pip because it makes it a bit easier to free pour without accidentally getting juice in the center tube. Has anybody found any specific advantages to using the VN heads on the VNs, versus using Stardust heads?

Well, the good part is you're getting the nicotine at least!

So what connections/adapters do you have? And are there any clearos or other cartos you know you like? I, and I'm sure most others here, have a few things lying around. We may be able to hook you up.

stone tanks vision grande fluxos (kinda) i just have a plain old 510 connection

Absolutlically. That's why I don't like airy draw. And another reason why the Stardust is so good - perfect draw. You are right - that's probably exactly why I like the pips in the ViVis..
