Guys, can someone show me a pic of Piccolo v3 with a penelope on top? I am affraid it will not look good due to the 16mm slant. What are your thoughts?
penny is 17mm, there will be a slight ledge, but imo it still looks really good. it would be kinda cool if perseas could make a non-slanted 17mm top cap for the 3.0 hourglass-shaped piccolo, then it would look perfect with a penny on it. although then i would regret getting rid of my penny and oddy. on ours the ceramics ended up absorbing flavors or tasting like soap or alkyhol after attempting to wash them and i didnt like twisting the nr/r wires together. even though the gf got her piccolo to go with the penny, we now prefer the
kayfun mini/spheroid on top of the piccolo.
cant wait to see what the new piccolo switch looks like. perseas will you be selling the new piccolo switches by themselves for us'ns that have the older 2.5 piccolo switches and want to upgrade? I love the 2.5/3.0 piccolo switch (super smart design imo) but being able to set it down without locking, i cant pass that up.
I'm also interested in the 22mm spheroid, but concerned if the larger chamber would make it less flavorfull, the 16mm spheroid has a
tiny chamber and flavor is INTENSE. one of the reasons i love it. i assume it would be something like the 22mm pometey(sp?) havent tried one yet but it seems similar to a spheroid and people seem to like them, personally I'd rather wait for the GP one though to go on top of one of my paps.
