i thought there would be un-serialised 350 tubes?

i think you may have either had the nut on the wrong way, (on all 3 of mine there is a specific way the nut has to thread on, depending on which side is up) or it came unthreaded a bit, this sometimes happens to mine after i clean it and dont put the nut on tight enough, usually it'll start firing when i set it down and thats how i know

No unserialized tubes. We discussed the whole thing a couple of weeks ago. Im pretty happy about it.

I also have done the same thing with mine and finally figured out why...you could have told me sooner!

hi perseas, all,

I hope you're paying qorax a commission because it's his posts that have led me to your mods, and it's his glowing reviews that are convincing me to buy a GP Paps this week. ;)

where and when would we be able to purchase them?

thanks!

Qorax is posting his own opinion, without having any invested interest in GP Series and his posts are always accompanied with an extreme investigating and sincere way of reasoning.

On another note, Troy open your pm, I answered already, I just now saw your post here. Whoever has any suspicion that his button protrudes slightly and wears off from the gold plating at the center of its surface, send me an email to provide him a new delrin 0,05-0,10 mm higher.

Our mods have the minimum tolerance in their construction and every 100 units, 2-6 parts are slightly out of specs, so I am here to cover these incidents.

Being a vaper for a while now, having touched many devices,
I have come to a realization that
Paps v2.5 LUX is the BEST MOD and Kayfun Lite is the BEST ATTY out there;
And together they are the best combo money can buy as of today!

______________________________________________________________
Given their Product Quality, Vape Satisfaction, Form Factor, Price Point,
Ease of Use and Overall Performance, IMHO.

Beat you to it long ago grasshopper :), I applaud your effort my young Qbro. We still need to finish our Lite discussion unless you took the trophy.

doh! wasn't meant to be taken that way. sorry if it sets off red flags.

I'd rephrase it to, "qorax has been my impromptu guide into the world of high-end mechanicals, and that has led me to the GP based on his high appraisal."

in any case, is there a pre-order list opening on Friday and how do i get my name on it?

thanks

Would it be Nice if we could also buy Sectional Tubes from Perseas, as accessories, for 18500 and 18650 batteries?

B'coz, I'd love to have extended battery life, but without losing out the happiness of holding my 'original' serial numbered mod.

Just thinking...

I ought an answer here, because the question is pretty reasonable.

Me and George, believe that the best characteristic of a mod is the right handling, the kinaesthetic feeling you receive, just by holding it and playing with its button, ring, caps etc. Many times per day, we open the cap and we screw-unscrew the tube. In order to use extension sleeves in the 22 mm GP PAPS v2.5, a M21 threading is needed which means, threads will be thin and the feeling of the mod will change, it won't be robust, but delicate and that is not what we like.

The 23 mm territory is the road for us, to apply extension sleeves, airflow controls etc keeping a minimalistic look and without sacrificing the handling. The 22 mm mods have to be simple. Of course, this is something that reflects our own way of perceiving the design of a mod, and it isn't necessary the optimal approach for someone else.

I really appreciate your interest and I concur with you about Qorax, he makes quite convincing and analytical reviews.

There is no list, just click on my signature to look at our site. The Vapour Art Store opens at a certain date and time with prior notification, on a basis of first come, first served and we have batches almost every week.

Sir, give us the chance, a choice to check it out (off course subject to your internal testing) and if it works - we continue, if not - we shelve it @ a later stage. I own one (low-end) sectional mod - and it feels perfect...

The idea is to have the slimmest & smallest among our vape eqpt. And I blame it to you for spoiling us... Yes, the Paps v2.5 iterations are the SMALLEST MODs ever made... and now I cannot dare tread the path of anything wider. So much so that I ended up ordering another [probably]hi-end mod - but in 21mm (Vapor Wall recommendation) - few days back. And it is 'sectional'.

And if both can hold well - so can our already robust GP Paps!

Thus Sir, pls give us the chance.

We have to take into consideration our roadmap for the near future, after the GP PAPS X, GP Spheroid and GP SnP, we have to produce first a 22 mm GP Spheroid, the new GP Piccolo, the GP Perseas atomizer, and another 2 projects. The M21 threading is too thin for a 22 mm mod, though I keep your proposal for further examination. I cannot prioritise it in regards to the aforementioned projects, due to our limited number of CNC machines. But things change all the time :)

As for the 23 mm "wide" OD, give me some time to present the GP PAPS X and maybe you change your mind about what feels best in the hand. I speak from personal experience.

To add to what Perseas said, every time you add a mechanical connection (threaded or press fit) to the electrical circuit, you add resistance. This is especially true as the surfaces of the metal begin to oxidize.

As a general rule, the fewer mechanical connections between the battery and the coil, the better... At least in terms of overall conductivity.
