I have been thinking about the KF mini lately. It seems to be the best option if you are looking for slim form with a window.

Edit: Idaho posted a few pages back... he likes the mini, that gives me enough confidence to purchase. =)

It is a great option. You will really like it. Check inTaste, great prices, often in stock and a fantastic vendor. They will remove the VAT once you are signed up and purchase. So the price will lower a bit from the listed price.

Cool :)

One concern though, read somewhere that they have issues when they are one third full.

@Idaho is it true?

Hey Rod!
I have not had issues at all with sucking juice to the last drop!
As I mentioned I really like the Mini and have owned a couple - just one now. I don't use it in my normal rotation of many set ups because of the Spheroid. But, I do like to set it up on a Piccolo when looking for a change.
The Spheroid is really a much better delivery system to me in the all around. But, if you have some extra scratch, pick one up.
Don't forget, the first reaction of most when getting their mini is "how am I going to get a wick to fit the chimney?"

My suggestion is buy the Spheroid as it is amazing and then reach out to the KFM, as the Spheroid is an atomizer all should experience.
Then, after you buy a Piccolo or the upcoming redesign you will have beautiful GP set up....
Oh, then then is the Doc Dave Mini :) which I also like on the Piccolo...

Either the positive connector in the bottom of the bowl is setting too high, or, the metal ground ring that the switch touches to fire is too low. The owner of the company is a great guy, and an active participant here on ECF, just like Perseas...he is making it right...

Good to hear that he's making it right. I hope that you get it back soon, and what's the hold up on the other pipe?

I forgot to mention to whomever was deciding between the kfm and spheroid. The kfm is quite a bit more expensive. I was going to get one for my 14500 mod but I am not paying $165 for a mini when the kfl is only $100. I will pay 125 or less for a spheroid any day of the week over the kfm price.
I do not even like the look of the mini, however I do like it with the solid ss tube.

QFT! The Spheroid adds a certain richness to the juice that being used. I can especially tell with GVC at the moment.

I got 5ml of GVC for my first taste in the mail yesterday. I'm waiting for my GP fluff and V3 kit to get here on monday to try it. I figure if I only have 5ml I should experience it the best way possible, which is in my Spheroid.

@Idaho - Thanks for the reply :)

I love my KFLs. So, has the Spheroid really taken your KFM "out of commission"?
BTW, I absolutely love my Spheroid (just got one from the last VaporDay).

True, the KFM is smaller in diameter than the Spheroid. I already find the setting up of the Spheroid to be more of a pain than the KFLs that I have (due to the smaller size of the atty) - if the KFM is even smaller, then I have my answer - I have to wait for the next vapor day and get one more Spheroid, with the Heron :D

For the most part it has but, remember, I have 4 spheroids and they really are my thing, they just are tops. The win goes to the Spheroid with little thought. I have a few very nice standard size atomizers and am waiting on another from EU.
Between the Heron x2 and a couple more standard silicas, I will be set.

I have a 3.1 KF I just don't use that will be hitting the classified shortly for a quick sale.

I guess it depends on what's important to whomever is buying it.

The KF Mini in long mode will hold 6ml of juice, weighs about 40 grams. In standard mode, 2.8ml & 24 grams. You can also use it as a dripper.

The KFL+ holds 4.5ml, weighs 71 grams, 81 grams with all SS.

The Spheroid holds 2.2-3.2ml...unknown weight, but it's light.

Personally, I like them all, as they serve different needs for me. I have 2 KFL+, 2 Spheroids, 1 KF Mini, et al. Oh, and a partridge in a pear tree.

I think the spheroid is more difficult to put on a new coil than the KFL, mostly due to the knurled nuts. (I will order the V3 kits for mine when the Heron Vaporday arrives). I think the KF Mini is just as easy as the KFL, and as I only put on a new coil about every month or so, it's not a big deal. All 3 are super easy to rewick.

I debated a KFM a few months ago , but I just can't get by the looks of them. Though I suppose the Micro Stick does hide some of the ugliness.

Since this atty has to be leak proof because it will go in my pocket as the 2nd flavor atty, it will have to be the Spheroid. The problem with Kayfuns is that they all leak at some point if you have them laying down in the wrong position, if you take them on a plane, they will leak as well because of the pressure changes. I love Kayfuns, but I've made my decision, one more Spheroid.

Which other one are you getting?

Thanks for helping me make my choice. I hear Akdare and everyone else, I'm sure that the KFM is great, but for something that I have to carry in my pocket with 0 leaks, it has to be the Spheroid.

If it had to be in my pocket, I'd choose the Spheroid in a heartbeat.

The point in my posts was not to convince someone to buy one atty over another, but to give the stats, and my personal experience with all 3. As I said, it depends on what's important to the user.

Yeah air pressure is a biatch eh. Every few months I go to Vancouver and to get there I start here at 1100 ft then drive to 4100 ft then go pretty rapidly down to sea level. If I'm not very careful about what I take to vape I'll have a huge mess to clean up. Last trip I made I took a Spheroid and a dripper only for that very reason, worked like a charm.

Oh Akdare, shame on you to even think that :|
I value this thread because the people here offer their opinions and their experiences, and while everyone is excited about the GP products (and rightfully so), no one ever pushes anyone to buy something or to take their opinion as the only truth.

Thank you for all the info. I will probably get the KFM when the funds allow to do so :)
