I usually build between .4-.8 ohm builds.

Its not because I am a "sport vaper" (what ever that means lol), or that I like to blow clouds. To me, that is comfortable. That's just what I like. I like a hot, full vape...one that heats up and produces exactly that same hot, full vape as soon as I touch the button.

I know the risks, and am very cautious when I do these kind of builds, but its not for sport or fun or showing off or whatever...its just what 'feels' right to me.

Question on spheroid. I'm experiencing some leaking through the bottom air holes. What could be the cause? Any ideas how to fix it?

The only time I've had a little leaking from the bottom was from slightly over filling it. Try to suck out just the smallest amount of juice and see if it improves.

That's probably it. I just "warshed" it out. I'll rebuild it and then give it a go again. I have to admit it. I've been trying to sell stuff so I can buy a couple more spheroids/heron. Other than my over filling. I've had no issues with this. Love it.

Thanks Iowa!

This makes me think of something said quite recently. we all have our own tastes and if it works for you that's what matters. it makes me smile regardless thinking of this observation.

I will not speak to support issues here, but I find this happens to me in my 3 Spheroids when I put too much juice in them.

I'm sorry if I implied that all low ohm vaping was "sport vaping". I didn't mean that at all. I vape mostly sub ohm, because it gives me what I need (warmth, flavor and thick full vapor) from the mech mods I love.

We all need to find the safe and satisfying vape that keeps us off cigs. This can be found in many different ways...

I experienced some leakage after I'd owned the spheroid for quite a while. All fine when refilling, but when I got down to the last bit of juice in the tank, it would leak. The fluff had finally lost the ability to hold juice. Put in a new piece, and all was well.

Love the SS Vapelyfe tip you got goin there. Any device I have on my LUX is graced with my brass Vapelyfe ^^

What atty is that by the way? Looks very nice.

Funny that you mentioned it! Sadly its an AGI in drip mode. I brushed it up to make it semi match the ss of the paps. Only temporary for now. I think the kayfun will have a permanent home on it!

Hey Buddy MW!
Just take the base off and run under warm water. Blow through the top and check that the air holes are flushing the clear water.
Whats happening is, filling the fluff and priming the wick to the max, the juice just builds on deck from gravity and drips down through.
The base eventually gets filled up. You can split the base for regular maintenance and wash out but usually isn't needed, jusr run water and blow.
I have a Spheroid set up somewhat of a dripper and when When juice hits that deck, its coming out!

Yeah that is what happened. Funny the fit and finish of the base is so good that I thought you guys were lying that it came apart. LOL.. Rightly loosy lefty tighty. Heh..

There was a bunch in there. All cleaned up. Fresh wick and coil and a cloud machine all over again!

Thanks everyone (Naked hitchhiker!) anyway... Going to practice my F5 skills for the 1.5 top cap and some fluff. Probably a v3 kit and a DT!

I finally got a couple GP drip tips! Blake has them in stock @ Domo:) I got 1ea brushed in the classy and vase style. Blake even gave me 2 Hi-Chews:D
These tips are great. Now if we could talk Perseas into a shorter version:) While these are great, I still like low profile a bit more (10mm Leo tip size) They look Amazing on the Spheroid. Will have to order a couple more when the Heron arrives.

Glad to see next Vapourday is tomorrow! Hopefully I can at least score a 22mm SnP and maybe some GVC depending on what nic levels Perseas gets. I do not see myself needing anymore Spheroids atm. Although it would be nice to have at least a 3rd spheroid so I can keep 3 flavors loaded:laugh:

Looks Amazing! I am not sure how much I like the idea of ss tanks though. At first i thought it was a great idea for durability, But now I seem to like to be able to see what's going on in the tank. Still looks amazing though.

I also forgot to add something in my last post from today. I am not sure what GP stands for or the original reasoning, but i have came up with: Greece Perfection:D

Hi all!

Short introduction and then straight to the point.

Been lurking here for quite some time. You all seem like a great bunch, and hope to be a regular contributor. My only complaint is hanging out here will be hard on the bank account lol.

I had been planning a paps v3 purchase when they released, but the inpatient little boy in me wants a new shiny toy now, so I am considering pulling the trigger on a paps X, tomorrow. Am I reading correct that the included ring is afc, allowing the use of a diver / tank combo?

Thanks for reading!

Thanks. It's not a durability thing for me at all, it just looks sexy. As for not being able to see what's a happening on the inside , I'm not worried at all about that. Juice level and flow control are easy once you're familiar enough with an atty and I don't find the steel tank impedes my use of the Sofia at all.

As for the GP thing , while I've never gone about confirming it my best guess is George and Perseas.
