Just curious... does anyone use the SnP 23 on their PAPS 2.3/2.5. I'm just wondering if that extra 1mm on the tank is going to bother me ...

I too sported my SnP23 on my 22mm Paps for a while when I didn't have anything in 23mm...

It was Ok, not too shabby - but sure did bug me, b'coz of my idiotic mind! Ah, things went hunky dory tho as soon as the "X" was released.

SnP end caps spoof, for the Provari:

SS SnP, all in 22mm glory:

Thanks for the pic. I consider myself a function over form kind of guy but that 1mm is REALLY making me think.

My wallet says 22 and wait for the v3 top with gpin.

My brain says I can get a 22 for the paps 2.x AND a paps x 1.5 with a 23. (gah!)

I think I have a solution. :)

I just got a notice that Velvet Cloud Vapors is now stocking 3 mg liquids. Their Vanilla Custard is pretty good although very different from GVC...White beard tobacco is a good morning vape for me as well.

The VCV Vanilla Custard is actually very similar to GVC high-VG. Alas, I found (and idaho confirmed, so it isn't just me) that the flavor was far too muted in the VCV. Pity, because I love so many of their juices.

Yup. It's amazing. And surprisingly really really easy to take out and disassemble and put back in again.

These reviewers didn't find it so easy to replace the GPin spring, but otherwise gave the Paps X 1.5 a glowing review. They can be funny (particularly when making fun of the price).

I am not ashamed to use a cartomizer, I know plenty low to high end vapors that will toss an ike n Vapes in an SnP and vape it like it's stolen.

Fair, my wording was a bit harsh.

I vaped a carto tank for three months and tried all sorts of cartos , and while not terrible IMO I just really don't think they can hold up to a Sofia or Diver V2 at all. I tried a friends a few weeks ago and I could taste the carto and I personally thought it was disgusting.

I love their channel, I've seen all of their videos. And yeah, I think they're hilarious.

I started with cartos (Boges, IKVs, Smoks)... couple of months like you Chad, but the moment Dimitri put up his vid on Diver I knew it was beckoning! Moved up to Gennys meanwhile.

Fetched the Diver the day it was launched... and never went back. Then came the K'funs and everything changed. Along the way Killer705 happened (courtesy our good friend on this very thread) and then Sophia and the Diver v2. Cartos are now passé!

I have gone from iclear>kangert3>protank2>smok carto/tank> rebuilding protank heads>aspire tanks>igo family>kayfuns>nimbus and mainly only use kayfun and occasionally the nimbus. So I guess what I am trying to figure out how much different is the vape from the snp with a diver or sophia compared to the originally carto setups I had and also vs. the kayfun setups? That is hard for me as again I am a loner around here as far as newer items to the market. I love my x1.5 and trust the gp family so that is why I am even considering a snp but have never messed with sophia or diver before. They are rnr coils right? I have watched videos but they have not really shown much. Sorry to blab and ask so much.

When I'm vaping I don't want to taste anything but the juice. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive to cartos ? You know how a lot of people have an aversion to silica (including myself). I feel much more strongly about cartos.

I find that cartos have a harsh, metallic, slightly burnt taste to them as well. I tried many types, all gave me the same impression.

I also found Kanger Protanks gave me the same taste. I just read a review of a new eGo-style mod/tank device out of California, the tank of which uses Protank heads. The reviewer said that, unlike the Protank itself, the heads used in this other tank did not give him that ugly metallic taste, which led him to conclude it was all about the base metals in the Protank itself.

We all just want to taste the juice. My point is that they are disgusting for some people. Especially new vapors. Just not judging, thats all. :)

I don't get it. Swapping the Gpins seemed effortless in their video. In fact, that demo of the Gpin change-out makes me ache for a Gpin for my Lux all the more.
