Bummed out... Had the Lux in the cart, ready to checkout and a message pops up saying the 500 tube wasn't available, so I deleted it and then it said Lux was out of stock :facepalm:

Shouldn't it have kept everything that was in stock in the cart at least? Just wasted an hour F5ing and cursing for nothing...

Errr...it does. Unless you're suggesting that putting items in your cart should reserve them?! That's not how it works. The simple fact is that the Lux went out of stock before you hit "Pay" anyway.

Perseas, some help please?

My order number was 8194. I ordered (and paid for) 1x diver at 36 EUR, 1x 22mm S&P tank at 48.50, 1x SS PAPS 2.5 at 91.50, and 1x SS 18650 2.5 tube at 23.50.

I just recieved an email asking me to pay an additional 48.50. Surely this is incorrect. Please advise, thank you.

I just received the same email. Ill figure it out

Actually... Getting them to your cart does reserve them. That's why I was able to spend 40 mins loading 5 items into my cart and step out for a vape before I even tried to check out. ;)

that didn't work for me
had the 500 lux tube in cart before everything else
by check out time 500 tube out of stock
changed to 650 and everything was good after that :D

That sucks. Sorry to hear that. I may have just gotten lucky but if I did I've been consistently lucky. This was my 3rd VapourArt order and I've never had an issue getting anything once it made it to the cart. (Yes... I'm knocking on wood...)

I think it was an error in the pricing. The tickbox now says "Diver, +36,00 €"

I wonder how this will be sorted out.. Will we have to pay extra, or will they send free divers??

We shall solve it, we are working on that.

I think (and hope) that at first, clicking only the diver box made the price 36 EUR, which is what it should be. So I put a 22 S&P in my cart, then a second entry with only the diver box checked, plus my Paps SS and extra tube. So that made 4 entries: diver at 36, S&P at 48.50, the Paps, and the tube. Perseas, am I good?

edited to add: If I end up somehow with an extra diver, I certainly wouldn't complain!!! :D

We missed the fact that not everybody got charged less, I'll take care of it.

I just received the same email. Ill figure it out

Miro followed my instructions, but probably he missed that the system worked perfectly in some cases. I'll fix it.

So did everyone that ordered today receive a confirmation email? I placed the order, payed via paypal, and received a paypal reciept but nothing from VapourArt. When i went back to the website to see if the order was in my account history, my shopping cart was still full as if the order wasnt complete. I have emailed the website but not recieved a reply so am getting worried. Anyone else with a similar expierence?

Sure did. Nothing there. I have ordered from them in the past without issue. What really has me confused is why it isnt showing up in my order history on the website. I have an order number from the paypal reciept but nothing on the VapourArt website. Plus the fact that my shopping cart is still showing those items in it. I'm worried about this one. Plus i think its like 1am over there so have to wait till tonight to get a response i guess.....

Miro, VapourArt Sale Manager is another reason GP is successful. What great service he gives us. I got my extra Euro in to him because of MY confusion and he helped out like a champion. I almost had extra stripper money but the SnP is better!

Just heard back from Miroslav, the sales manager, and all is good. Whew i was really starting to worry. I guess sending a message through their contact us form isnt the best way. I sent an email and heard back within the hour and they had the issue resolved so I would concur that the customer service was done well.

See above post :) There is no better service anywhere, damn sure not in the USA from vendors.
